عنوان فارسی بررسی رابطه بین نشانه های وسواس فکری و عملی (OCS) با طیف اختلال های وسواس و اجبار(OCSD) و افسردگی اضطراب و استرس
چکیده فارسی مقاله مقدمه: در نسخه پنجم راهنمای تشخیصی و آماری اختلالات روانی زمینه برای جدایی وسواس از طبقه اختلال‌های اضطرابی و شکل گیری مفهومی تحت عنوان طیف وسواس فراهم شد. این پژوهش با هدف بررسی ارتباط اختلال وسواس با اختلالات طیف وسواس و افسردگی اضطراب و استرس جهت ارزیابی این طبقه تشخیصی جدید صورت گرفت.روش: طرح پژوهش حاضر از نوع توصیفی- تحلیلی می‌باشد. جامعۀ آماری این پژوهش شامل 245 نفر از دانشجویان دانشگاه‌ های تهران که به صورت نمونه گیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند بود و ابزار های پژوهش شامل پرسشنامه های (OCI-R)، (OCSD)، (DASS)، بودند. و داده‌ها با استفاده از آزمون ناپارامتریک همبستگی اسپیرمن تجزیه و تحلیل شد.یافته ها: طبق یافته های حاصل از این مطالعه بین نمره کل متغیر وسواس فکری- عملی و خرده مقیاس‌های آن رابطه مثبت و معنادار(001/0>p) وجود دارد. همچنین بین نمره کل اختلال وسواس فکری‌-عملی و خرده مقیاس های آن و اختلالات ‌طیف وسواس و هم چنین با متغیرهای اضطراب، افسردگی و استرس نیز همبستگی مثبت معنی داری یافت شد.نتیجه گیری: اختلال وسواس فکری – عملی ضمن ارتباط با اختلال های هم گروه خود در طبقه تشخیصی جدید طیف اختلالات وسواس، در بعدی دیگر ارتباط نزدیک با ابعاد هیجانی و متغیر هایی همچون علایم اضطرابی و افسردگی و استرس داشت.

عنوان انگلیسی Investigating the Relationship between Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCS) Symptoms with Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCSD) and Depression Anxiety and Stress
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Introduction: In the fifth edition of the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, the ground for the separation of obsessive-compulsive disorder from the category of anxiety disorders and the formation of a concept called obsessive spectrum was provided. The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between obsessive-compulsive disorder and obsessive-compulsive disorder and anxiety and stress depression to evaluate this new diagnostic category.Method: The present research design is descriptive-analytical. The statistical population of this study included 245 students of Tehran universities who were selected by convenience sampling and the research tools included questionnaires (OCI-R), (OCSD), (DASS). Data were analyzed using nonparametric Spearman correlation test.Results: According to the findings of this study, there is a positive and significant relationship between the total score of obsessive-compulsive disorder and its subscales (p < 0.001). Also, a significant positive correlation was found between the total score of obsessive-compulsive disorder and its subscales and obsessive-compulsive disorder disorders as well as with the variables of anxiety, depression and stress.Conclusion: Obsessive-compulsive disorder, while related to peer disorders in the new diagnostic class of obsessive-compulsive disorder, in another dimension was closely related to emotional dimensions and variables such as anxiety symptoms, depression and stress.
