عنوان فارسی بررسی تطبیقی برنامه درسی دوره کارشناسی ارشد رشته پرستاری کودکان دانشگاه های علوم پزشکی ایران و دانشگاه پنسیلوانیای آمریکا
چکیده فارسی مقاله مقدمه: از آن جایی که که هر کشور دارای قوانین، فرهنگ، نیازها، فلسفه ها و ساختارهای بهداشت سلامت و شرایط اقتصادی خود است. توجه به نظام های آموزشی موفق در جهان، می تواند نشان دهنده نهادینه شدن یک نظام آموزشی موثر باشد. مقایسه نظام های آموزشی مختلف باعث ارتقای برنامه های آموزشی و در نتیجه خدمات درمانی شده،  همچنین باعث طراحی برنامه های درسی انعطاف پذیرتر و مبتنی بر نیاز جامعه می شود. لذا مطالعه حاضر با هدف بررسی  مقایسه تطبیقی برنامه آموزشی دوره کارشناسی ارشد پرستاری کودکان دانشگاه  های علوم پزشکی ایران و دانشگاه پنسیلوانیا آمریکا انجام شد.  روش : مطالعه توصیفی و تطبیقی حاضر در سال 1398 انجام شد. پس از جستجوی اینترنتی در ارتباط با برنامه درسی کارشناسی ارشد پرستاری کودکان در دانشگاه های معتبر جهان، دانشگاه پنسیلوانیا آمریکا به دلیل برتری جهانی در این رشته انتخاب گردیده، سپس برنامه آموزشی دوره کارشناسی ارشد پرستاری کودکان دانشگاه  های علوم پزشکی ایران و دانشگاه پنسیلوانیا آمریکا با استقاده از الگوی Beredy  در چهار مرحله توصیف، تفسیر، هم جواری و مقایسه، مورد بررسی و تطبیق قرار گرفتند. یافته ها: برنامه هر دو دانشگاه بر اساس اصول برنامه ریزی استراتژیک دارای ارزش ها، رسالت و چشم انداز است. در فلسفه دانشکده پرستاری پنسیلوانیا تفاوت های فرهنگی و قومیتی لحاظ شده است در حالی در ایران حرکت به سمت تعالی در آموزش، پژوهش و مسئولیت پذیری اجتماعی را معرفی کرده و به تفاوت های فرهنگی اشاره نشده است. نقش ها و وظایف حرفه ای در هر دو دانشکده تقریبا یکسان و متمرکز بر روی کودک و خانواده، پژوهش، آموزش و مدیریتی می باشند. نتیجه گیری: در ایران با توجه به شرایط جامعه، نیازهای رشته و انتظارات فارغ التحصیلان، تغییر و بازنگری مداوم برنامه ضروری است؛ لذا، بر اساس تجارب کشورهای پیشرفته و نیازهای جامعه ایرانی،تلاش برای بهبود نقاط ضعف و  تقویت نقاط قوت توصیه می شود.

عنوان انگلیسی Comparative Study of the curriculum of the Master's degree program in Pediatric Nursing at Medical science Universities of Iran and Pennsylvania, USA
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Introduction: Since each country has its own laws, culture, needs, philosophies and structures of health and economic conditions. Paying attention to successful educational systems in the world can show the institutionalization of an effective educational system. Comparison of different educational systems promotes educational programs and as a result, medical services, and also makes the design of curricula more flexible and based on the needs of society. Therefore, the present study was conducted to evaluate the comparative comparison of the educational program of the Master of Pediatric Nursing course of Iran   and Pennsylvania Universities. Method: This descriptive and comparative study was carried out in 2019. After searching the network on the master curriculum of   pediatric Nursing in well-known international universities, we selected Pennsylvania University of United states due to the global superiority in this field. Both curriculums were compared using Beredy's four-stage model: description, interpretation, juxtaposition and comparison. Results: The program of both universities has values, mission and vision based on the principles of strategic planning. In the philosophy of the Pennsylvania School of Nursing, cultural and ethnic differences have been taken into account, while in Iran, the movement towards excellence in education, research and social responsibility has been introduced and cultural differences have not been mentioned. The roles and responsibilities of both faculties are almost the same and focused on the child and the family, research, education and management. Conclusion: In Iran, according to the conditions of the society, the needs of the field and the expectations of the graduates, it is necessary to constantly change and review the program; Therefore, based on the experiences of developed countries and the needs of Iranian society, efforts to improve weaknesses and strengthen strengths are recommended.
