عنوان فارسی بازتاب مدیریت و فرهنگ جهادی در عرصه علمی و دانشگاهی: تحلیلی داده‌بنیاد از اندیشه رهبر معظم انقلاب اسلامی
چکیده فارسی مقاله هدف: هدف از نوشتار حاضر، نشان دادن بازتاب روحیه و فرهنگ جهادی در عرصه فرهنگ دانشگاهی بود. نهاد علم و دانشگاه در هر جامعه‌ای، از اثرگذارترین نهادهای شکل‌دهنده سرنوشت و سرگذشت آن جامعه‌اند. در واقع؛ بخش ویژه‌ای از فرهنگ هر جامعه توسط قشر فرهیخته آن که در نهاد دانشگاه رشد و تربیت می‌یابند، شکل می‌گیرد. از این رو، فرهنگی که قشر علمی و دانشگاهی بین خود یا در میان دیگر اقشار جامعه بروز می‌دهد، می‌تواند مبنای سعادت و اصلاح یا شقاوت و انحراف جامعه قرار گیرد. روش:‌ ضمن مرور مفاهیم و مبانی فرهنگ دانشگاهی در آثار معتبر علمی دنیا، با تکیه بر روش‌ نظریه داده‌بنیاد متنی، به بررسی اندیشه‌های رهبر معظم انقلاب در خصوص نقش مدیریت و فرهنگ جهادی در عرصه علمی و دانشگاهی پرداخته شد. یافته‌ها: تبیین نظام‌مند و روشمند مؤلفه‌های اصلی و فرعی «روحیه جهادی» به عنوان یکی از اصلی‌ترین لایه‌های شکل‌دهنده فرهنگ برای دانشگاهیان(مدیران، اساتید و دانشجویان)، از مهم‌ترین یافته‌های پژوهش حاضر است. نتیجه‌گیری: هرگونه اقدام و تصمیم در فضای دانشگاهی، از جمله فرهنگ دانشگاه، از یک سو مستلزم درک پیچیدگی‌های آن است و از سوی دیگر، مستلزم فهم صحیح از حرکت در راستای اهداف انقلاب اسلامی، از جمله روحیه جهادی است.

عنوان انگلیسی Reflection of Jihadi Management and Culture in the Scientific and Academic Field: Grounded Analysis Based on the Thought of the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Objectives: The purpose of this article is to show the reflection of Jihadi spirit and culture in the field of academic culture. The institution of science and the university are one of the most influential institutions in any society that shape the destiny and history of that society. In fact, a special part of the culture of any society is formed by its educated class, which is supposed to grow and be educated in the institution of the university. Hence, the culture that the scientific and academic strata express themselves, both among themselves and among other sections of society, can be the basis of happiness and reform, or the cruelty and perversion of society. Method: Based on this and with the main purpose of reflecting management and Jihadi culture in academic culture, while reviewing the concepts and foundations of academic culture in the world's authoritative scientific works, relying on the method of textual theory based on the ideas of the Supreme Leader of the Revolution regarding the role of management and Jihadi culture was discussed in the scientific and academic fields. Results: Systematic and methodical explanation of the main and sub-components of "Jihadi Spirit", as one of the main shaping layers of culture for academics (administrators, professors and students), is one of the most important findings of the present study. Conclusion: Any action and decision in the university environment, including university culture, on the one hand requires understanding its complexities and on the other hand requires a correct understanding of moving towards the goals of the Islamic Revolution, including the Jihadi Spirit.
