تاثیر مداخله زود هنگام هیجانی – اجتماعی بر رشد اجتماعی کودکان کم شنوای پایین تر از ۳ سال |

زمینه و هدف: کودکان کم شنوا به دلیل محدودیت های ارتباطی بیش از همتایان شنوای خود در مهارت های اجتماعی دچار شکست می شوند که این امر، به نوبه خود می تواند مهارت های اجتماعی کودک را در آینده به شدت متأثر کند. با نظر به اهمیت این موضوع و نیاز به چنین برنامه هایی در مداخلات زود هنگام این کودکان، هدف از پژوهش حاضر، تعیین تأثیر برنامه مداخله زود هنگام هیجانی-اجتماعی بر رشد اجتماعی کودکان دچار کم شنوای پایین تر از 3 سال بود. مواد و روش ها: در این پژوهش شبه آزمایشی با طرح پیش آزمون و پس آزمون با یک گروه کنترل، 16 کودک کم شنوا از مرکز گفتار درمانی آترا کرج به روش هدفمند و با در نظر گرفتن ملاک های ورود و خروج انتخاب شدند. ابزار مورد استفاده پرسشنامه رشد اجتماعی وایلند بود. داده های به دست آمده با استفاده از تحلیل کوواریانس و در نسخه 20 نرم افزار SPSS تحلیل شد. یافته ها: نتایج تحلیل کواریانس نشان داد، برنامه مداخله هیجانی- اجتماعی اثر معناداری بر رشد اجتماعی کودکان کم شنوا داشت ) 0001 / p >0 ( و موجب ارتقای وضعیت رشد اجتماعی کودکان در گروه مداخله نسبت به گروه کنترل شد. نتیجه گیری: به نظر می رسد مداخله زود هنگام هیجانی-اجتماعی می تواند موجب بهبود رشد اجتماعی این کودکان شود. با توجه به اهمیت نقش مهارت های اجتماعی در زندگی، توصیه می شود در بسته ی مداخله های زودهنگام این کودکان، برنامه هایی با هدف بهبود وضعیت هیجانی-اجتماعی آنان گنجانده شود. |

The effect of an early social-emotional intervention on the social development of 0-3 years old children with hearing loss |

Background and Purpose: Children with hearing loss are more likely to fail in social skills due to communication limitations than their hearing counterparts, which in turn can severely affect a child's social skills in the future. Given the importance of this issue and the need for such programs in timely interventions of these children, the purpose of this study was to determine the effect of timely emotionalsocial intervention program on social development of children with hearing loss less than three years. Materials and Methods: In this quasi-experimental study with a pre-test and post-test design with a control group, 16 children with hearing loss were selected from Atra Speech Therapy Center in Karaj using existing methods and considering entry and exit criteria. The instrument used was the Wilde Social Development Questionnaire. The obtained data were analyzed using analysis of covariance in SPSS software version 20. Results: The results of covariance analysis showed that socio-emotional intervention had a significant effect on the social development of hearing loss children (p< 0.0001) .the intervention improved the children's social development in the intervention group compared to the control group. Conclusion: It seems that a socio-emotional intervention program can improve the social development of hearing loss children. It is recommended that social skill programs in the early interventional programs could improve the social skills of children with hearing loss in the early years. |
