این پژوهش با استفاده از روش تحلیلی و توصیفی و به منظور بررسی مؤلفههای شناختی و فراشناختی سبک زندگی عفیفانه با نگرش به منابع اسلامی انجام شده است. یافتهها حاکی از آن است که آگاهی به ارزش عفاف، پاداش الهی عفیفان، آثار فردی و اجتماعی عفیف بودن، آسیبهای دوری از عفاف، نگرش صحیح به عفاف و مسایل مرتبط به آن، موانع درونی عفاف، موانع بیرونی عفاف، احکام شرعی مربوط به عفاف، عوامل و موقعیتهای بازدارنده از عفاف و روش صحیح ارضای نیازها و کنترل هیجانات از جمله مهمترین مؤلفههای شناختی سبک زندگی عفیفانه در منابع اسلامی است. همچنین، با بررسی و پایش نگرش و میزان باور به عفاف، بررسی دلایل نگرش به عفاف، تصحیح و تعمیق شناختهای مربوط به معنا و ارزش عفاف، اعتبارسنجی نگرش و باورها در مورد مسایل مرتبط با نگرش به عفاف، پایش و اصلاح ارزشها، الگوها و اهداف، پالایش پیوسته ورودیهای ذهنی و اندیشهها و دستیابی به هویت عفیف بودن، میتوان به فراشناخت سبک زندگی عفیفانه دست یافت. |

This research has been done using a descriptive-analytical method in order to study the cognitive and metacognitive components of the chastely lifestyle with a look at Islamic sources. The findings indicate that the awareness of the value of chastity, divine reward for the chaste people, the personal and social effects of chastity, the wrong attitude towards chastity, the impairments of avoiding chastity, the right attitude towards chastity and related issues, the internal barriers of chastity, the external barriers of chastity, religious regulations pertaining to chastity, the factors and situations hindering chastity, and the proper method for fulfilling needs and controlling emotions are among the most important cognitive components of lifestyle in Islamic sources. Also, by studying and monitoring the attitude towards and belief in chastity, studying the reasons of attitude towards chastity, correcting and deepening the knowledge regarding the meaning and value of chastity, assessing the validity of attitude and beliefs about issues related to attitude towards chastity, monitoring and improving values, patterns and goals, continuous refining of mental input and thoughts and achieving the identity of chastity can lead to metacognition of the chastely lifestyle. |
