عنوان فارسی رابطه خاتمیت با جامعیت و تأسیس حکومت دینی در نگاه علامه طباطبایی (ره)
چکیده فارسی مقاله انگاره علامه طباطبایی (ره) در مسئله خاتمیت، درون‌دینی بوده و آن را ناشی از جامعیتِ قوانین دینی می‌دانند. جامعیتی که در مطابقت تامّ با فطرت، عقل و دانش بشری بوده، و در راستای نیازمندی‌های بشر اعمّ از معاد و معاش او ارزیابی می‌شود. مسئله اصلی این نوشتار کشف ارتباط میان خاتمیت با تأسیس حکومت دینی از منظر علامه طباطبایی (ره) است. پژوهش حاضر با روش توصیفی ـ تحلیلی به دنبال چگونگی کارکرد قوانین جامع اسلام و نحوه اجرای آنها در زندگی بشری است. یافته‌های تحقیق نشان می‌دهد که ایشان اِعمال قوانین جامع اسلام را تنها در سایه‌سار تأسیس حکومت دینی، به‌همراه تنفیذ اختیاراتی خاص به والی اسلامی از یک‌سو و اعطای حق دعوت دینی به تک‌تک افراد جامعه جهت صیانت از انحراف و انحطاط از سویی دیگر، به‌عنوان دو شرط اساسی برای رسیدن به کمال، ارزیابی می‌کنند. بنابراین سرّ خاتمیت در نظرگاه ایشان، تقنین آن قوانین جامع و این نحوه از اجراء، به‌صورت توأمان است.

عنوان انگلیسی The Relationship between Ultimateness, Khatamiyyat, and the Comprehensiveness and Establishment of a Religious Government in the View of Allameh Tabataba`i
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Allameh Tabatabai's view on the issue of Khatamiyyat is intra-religious and is considered to be due to the comprehensiveness of religious laws. A comprehensiveness that is in full accordance with human nature, intellect and knowledge, and is evaluated with regard to human needs, including those of resurrection and livelihood. The main issue of this article is to discover the connection between Khatamiyyat and the establishment of a religious government from the perspective of Allameh Tabatabai. The present study uses a descriptive-analytical method to find out how comprehensive Islamic laws work and how they are implemented in human life. The findings of the study show that he views the application of the comprehensive state of Islamic laws only in the shadow of the establishment of a religious government, with the execution of special powers to the Islamic governor on the one hand and granting the right of religious invitation to each individual to prevent deviation and degeneration on the other hand, as two main grounds for achieving perfection. Therefore, in his view, the secret of Khatamiyyat is the legislation of those comprehensive laws and such an execution simultaneously.
