عنوان فارسی شناسایی و تحلیل نقاط قوت و ضعف و ارائۀ راه‌بردهای توسعۀ مشارکت زنان در فرایند تولید محصول پسته شهرستان رفسنجان
چکیده فارسی مقاله پسته یکی از محصولات مهم صادراتی است و نیاز شدید به نیروی کار در تمامی مراحل تولید و فراوری این محصول می‌طلبد که زنان، که بخش قابل توجهی از منابع انسانی‌اند، در فرایند تولید حضور یابند. بنابراین شناسایی عوامل مؤثر بر توسعۀ مشارکت زنان ضروری است. بدین منظور، 52 کارشناس با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی ساده انتخاب و داده‌ها با استفاده از پرسش‌نامه در سال 1392 جمع‌آوری و با به‌کارگیری روش SWOT و نرم‌افزار Spss تجزیه و تحلیل شده است. نتایج نشان داد که مهم‌ترین نقطۀ قوت مشارکت زنان انگیزۀ کسب درآمد و کمک مالی به خانواده، مهم‌ترین ضعف اعتماد به نفس نداشتن زنان، مهم‌ترین فرصت وجود بیش از 110 هزار هکتار باغ پسته در شهرستان و مهم‌ترین تهدید مشارکت زنان نیاز شدید به نیروی کار و تعصبات به زن بیان شده است. به منظور تقویت نرخ مشارکت زنان راه‌بردهایی ارائه شده است که مهم‌ترین آن‌ها شامل تقویت مدیریت منابع انسانی و ارائۀ مشوق‌های مادی و معنوی به منظور افزایش انگیزۀ مشارکت، تغییر در نگرش جامعه به زنان و فراهم کردن فضای اشتغال و درآمدزایی آنان، تأمین امنیت مالی و اخلاقی فضای کسب و کار در بخش کشاورزی، و کنترل فقر روستایی و افزایش بنیۀ مالی زنان است.

عنوان انگلیسی Recognition and Analysis of Strong and Weak Points of Women Participation in Pistachio Production in Rafsanjan plus Some Developmental Strategies
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Pistachio is one of the main exported products which severely requires workforce in all its procedures of production and processing. Accordingly, women can play a significant role as human resources in pistachio process of production. Thus, recognizing factors that affect the development of women participation is of great importance. With that purpose, 52 experts were randomly selected via simple sampling. The data was collected through questionnaires during the year 1392, and was then analyzed by SWOT method and SPSS software. The results revealed that the main strong point of women participation is motivation for earning income and supporting the family financially, and the main weak point was women lack of self-confidence. Moreover, the main opportunity which was indicated was the availability of more than 110000hectares of pistachio gardens in Rafsanjan, and the most important threat to women participation was the severe need to workforce and prejudices against women. Some strategies have been offered for increasing the rate of women participation, namely improving human resource management, offering financial and non-financial rewards for enhancing women motivation, changing existing attitudes towards women, providing proper conditions for their business activities, providing financial and ethical security in agriculture, controlling rural poverty, and enhancing women financial capability.
