عنوان فارسی ارتباط میان اندازه های دندان های قدامی با نسبت های صورتی در بیماران با دندان
چکیده فارسی مقاله  سابقه و هدف: زیبایی یکی از مهم‌ترین دلایل مراجعه بیماران جهت درمان‌های پروتزی می‌باشد. انتخاب سایز مناسب و نزدیک به واقعیت دندان‌های قدامی در بیماران پروتزی و بی‌دندان برای دست دندان‌های کامل چالشی بزرگ برای بیمار و دندانپزشک است. این مطالعه جهت دستیابی به نسبت های نسبتا نزدیک جهت انتخاب دندان های قدامی طراحی شد. مواد و روش‌ها: در این مطالعه توصیفی- تحلیلی، 121 بیمار گروه پژوهش را تشکیل دادند. معیارهای مورد نظر بر روی هر بیمار با استفاده از کولیس معمولی ورنیر (Vernier Caliper، مدل Tuff با دقت 05/0 میلی‌متر) در تماس با بافت نرم صورت، با حداقل فشار در حالت نشسته، دندان‌ها در رابطه مرکزی، لب‌ها در حالت استراحت و سر بیمار در موقعیت طبیعی، اندازه‌گیری شد. میانگین 3 بار اندازه‌گیری به عنوان نتیجه نهایی ثبت شد. داده‌ها وارد نرم‌افزار آماری 25SPSS شدند و از شاخص‌های میانگین و انحراف معیار جهت توصیف داده استفاده شد. یافته‌ها: ارتباط بین سایز دندان‌های قدامی با فاصله آلا تا آلای بینی رابطه معنی‌دار مثبتی بود (037/0= P) و بین فاصله آلا تا آلای بینی و فاصله نوک کانین تا نوک کانین ارتباط معنی‌دار مثبتی وجود داشت (014/0= P). بین سایز دندان‌های قدامی با فاصله بین دو قوس زایگوما (947/0= P) و همچنین بین عرض دندان‌های قدامی با فاصله بین مئاتوس داخلی و خارجی چشم رابطه معنی‌داری وجود نداشت (297/0= P و 952/0= P). استنتاج: طبق یافته‌ها، میانگین اندازه پارامترهای صورتی و دندانی در دو جنس متفاوت بوده و عرض و ارتفاع صورت و همچنین عرض و ارتفاع دندان سانترال ماگزیلا در مردان در مقایسه با زنان بیش‌تر است.

عنوان انگلیسی Relationship between Anterior Teeth Sizes and Facial Dimensions in Dentate Patients
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله  Background and purpose: Esthetics is a major purpose in prosthetic treatments. Choosing the right size of anterior teeth in prosthetic and edentulous patients is a major challenge for both the patient and the dentist. This study was designed to obtain approximately close ratios for selection of anterior teeth. Materials and methods: This descriptive-analytical study, was performed in 121 patients. Measurements were performed using Vernier Caliper in contact with the soft tissue of the face with minimal pressure. Measurements were made while patients were in an upright position and their head was in a normal position. All patients occlusion was placed in centric relation (CO), and their lips were in resting position. The average amount of three measurements was recorded as the final result. SPSS V25 was applied for statistical analysis. Results: There were significant positive relationships between the size of anterior teeth and the distance between the two nasal tips (P=0.037) and between two nasal tips and canine to canine distance (P=0.014).  No significant relationships were found between the size of anterior teeth and the distance between two zygomatic arches (P=0.947) and between the width of the anterior teeth and the distance between the internal and external meatus (P=0.297, P=0.952, respectively). Conclusion: The average size of facial and dental parameters was found to be different between men and women. The width and height of the face and the width and height of the maxillary central teeth were higher in men than women.
