عنوان فارسی تبیین تجارب و نیازهای روانشناختی پرستاران در خط مقدم درمان بیماران مبتلا به کووید-۱۹، یک مطالعه کیفی
چکیده فارسی مقاله  سابقه و هدف: با شروع سال 2020، بیماری کووید-19 با سرعت در اکثر نقاط دنیا انتشار یافت. به علت سرعت بالای گسترش بیماری و میزان بالای ابتلا و مرگ و میر ناشی از آن، کادر درمانی استرس زیادی را تجربه کردند. هدف از انجام این مطالعه، تبیین تجربۀ روانی و نیازهای روانشناختی پرستارانی است که در خط مقدم درمان بیماران مبتلا به کووید-19 کار می کنند. مواد و روش‌ها: پژوهش حاضر یک مطالعه کیفی با رویکرد پدیدارشناسی بود که در اردیبهشت و خرداد سال 1399 در شهر ساری انجام شد. نمونه پژوهش شامل 9 پرستار بود که به روش نمونه در دسترس وارد مطالعه شده بودند. جمع آوری داده ها با انجام مصاحبۀ عمیق و نیمه ساختاریافته توسط یک روانپزشک انجام شد. داده ها با استفاده از نرم افزار MAXQDA-2020 کد گذاری و تحلیل شدند. یافته‌ها: براساس تحلیل داده‌ها، سه درونمایه اصلی استخراج شد و هر درونمایه از طبقاتی و هر طبقه از کدهایی شکل گرفت، سه درونمایه اصلی شامل این موارد بود: تجارب هیجانی، انتظارات از مقام مافوق، نیاز به مداخلات روانشناختی. استنتاج: بر اساس یافته‌های حاصل از این مطالعه، پرستاران احساسات مختلفی مانند رضایت، خشم و نگرانی از ابتلای خود یا بستگانشان به بیماری را ذکر نمودند. نیاز به حمایت روانی و مالی و قدردانی و همدلی از سوی مسئولین، فراهم کردن امنیت محل کار و فراهم کردن مداخلات روانشناختی حضوری از نیازهای پرستاران بوده است.

عنوان انگلیسی Psychological Experience and Needs of Front-line Nurses during COVID-19 Outbreak in Iran: A Qualitative Study
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله  Background and purpose: At the beginning of 2020, Covid-19 disease spread rapidly in most parts of the world. Meanwhile, medical staff experienced a lot of stress due to the high disease transmission rate and considerable rate of morbidity and mortality. The aim of this study was to explain the psychological experience and psychological needs of nurses working at frontline of treatment of patients with Covid-19. Materials and methods: We performed a phenomenological qualitative research in Sari, Iran May and June 2020. The participants included 9 nurses selected via convenience sampling. Data were collected using in-depth and semi-structured interviews by a psychiatrist. Finally, Data were coded and analyzed using MAXQDA-2020 software. Results: According to findings, three main themes were extracted, each theme was formed from categories and each category included some codes. Emotional experiences, expectations from superiors, and the need for psychological interventions were the main themes. Conclusion: In this study, nurses reported different emotions such as satisfaction, anger, and worries about being at risk of infection and transmitting the disease to their family. The needs of nurses included psychological and financial supports and appreciation and empathy from the authorities, workplace security, and in-person psychological interventions.
