عنوان فارسی ارتباط بین سطح CRP سرم در روز بستری با پیوندپذیری و طول مدت بستری در بیماران تحت پیوند اتولوگ سلول های بنیادی خونساز
چکیده فارسی مقاله  سابقه و هدف: در مطالعات مختلفی نقش پروتئین واکنشی c (CRP) طی روزهای مختلفی از پیوند و در فرآیندهای التهابی و پیامدهای بالینی پس از پیوند سلول بنیادی مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. در این مطالعه ما به بررسی ارتباط میزان CRP روز بستری، با اولین پیامد پس از پیوند، پیوندپذیری و همچنین طول مدت بستری در بیماران تحت پیوند اتولوگ سلول‌های بنیادی خونساز پرداختیم. مواد و روش‌ها: در این مطالعه گذشته‌نگر طی سال‌های 1399-1393 استخراج داده‌ها شامل اطلاعات دموگرافیک بیماران، سطح CRP بدو ورود، شمارش گلبول‌های سفید و پلاکت برای محاسبه روز پیوندپذیری و محاسبه مدت زمان بستری صورت گرفت. جهت آنالیز داده‌ها، مدل مخاطرات متناسب کاکس، بررسی نمودار Score process، آزمون Kolmogorov-type supremum و مدل رگرسیون خطی انجام شد. یافته‌ها: داده‌های حاصل از این مطالعه، رابطه معنی‌داری بین سطح CRP روز اول بستری و روز پیوندپذیری و همچنین طول مدت بستری نشان نداد. استنتاج: بررسی‌های آتی شامل در نظر گرفتن روند تغییرات CRP، سطح CRP در کنار سایر فاکتورهای التهابی در روزهای شیمی درمانی مهیاسازی و یا روز تزریق سلول‌های بنیادی، ممکن است اطلاعات سودمندتری فراهم آورد.

عنوان انگلیسی Association between CRP Level on Admission Day and Length of Hospitalization and Engraftment in Patients Undergoing Autologous Hematopoietic Stem Cell Transplantation
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله  Background and purpose: Several studies investigated the role of C-reactive protein (CRP) during transplantation and inflammation, and clinical outcomes after stem cell transplantation. In this study, we examined the relationship between the earliest CRP level on admission day, and the first outcome after transplantation, myeloid and platelet engraftment, and the length of hospitalization in patients with Autologous hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (Auto-HSCT). Materials and methods: In this retrospective study, using clinical records from 2014-2020, information including patients' demographic characteristics, CRP levels on admission day, white blood cell, and platelet counts were investigated. Engraftment day and duration of hospitalization were also recorded. To analyze the data, Cox regression, score process plot, Kolmogorov-type supremum test, and linear regression were performed. Results: Results did not show a significant relationship between CRP level on first day of hospitalization, the day of myeloid and platelet engraftment, and duration of hospitalization (P values= 0.91, 0.68, 0.39 respectively). Conclusion: Future studies, assessing changes in CRP levels, along with the impact of other inflammatory factors during conditioning chemotherapy or the day of stem cell injection, might improve our understanding of lymphoma and multiple myeloma treatment and management.
