عنوان فارسی طراحی مدل توسعه سرمایه اجتماعی با رویکرد رفتار شهروندی در دانشگاه علوم پزشکی مشهد با استفاده از رویکرد کیفی در سال ۱۳۹۹
چکیده فارسی مقاله چکیده: زمینه و هدف: با عنایت به این مهم که دانشگاه کانون تولید سرمایه های اجتماعی است و دانشگاه علوم پزشکی به لحاظ اهمیت ارائه خدمت در شرایط بحرانی، بسیار حائز اهمیت است و از آنجا که تا به حال رابطه سرمایه اجتماعی با رفتار شهروندی در این دانشگاه بررسی نشده است، هدف این پژوهش در پی آزمون تجربی مدل طراحی شده توسعه سرمایه اجتماعی با رویکرد رفتار شهروندی است. روش: مطالعه حاضر از بعد هدف در دسته تحقیقات توسعه­ای- کاربردی قرار دارد و به روش دلفی در نیم سال دوم تحصیلی 99-98 انجام گرفت. تعداد 25 نفر صاحب نظر شامل اعضای هیات علمی و مدیران و متخصصان از دانشگاه علوم پزشکی مشهد با روش نمونه­گیری مبتنی بر هدف انتخاب شدند. در ابتدا ابعاد و مولفه­های مرتبط با توسعه سرمایه اجتماعی و رفتار شهروندی از طریق مرور گسترده پایگاه­های اطلاعاتی و پیشینه تحقیق استخراج گردید. سپس با تشکیل چند جلسه در سه دور، ابعاد و مولفه­های نهایی بر اساس اتفاق نظر تدوین شد. نتایج: در نهایت مدل مناسب توسعه سرمایه اجتماعی با رویکرد رفتار شهروندی با تعداد 9 بعد و 42 مولفه نهایی شد. این ابعاد در متغیر رفتار شهروندی شامل بعد فردی و سازمانی و در متغیر سرمایه اجتماعی شامل ابعاد ساختاری، ارتباطی، شناختی، مدیریتی، سازمانی، گروهی و فردی می­باشد. آمار حاصل از ضریب توافق یا هماهنگی کندال برای ابعاد شناسایی شده حاکی از اتفاق نظر قوی و قابل قبول اعضای پانل در رابطه با ابعاد مدل مفهومی تحقیق می­باشد. همچنین ابعاد مدیریتی، سازمانی و شناختی در متغیر سرمایه اجتماعی همبستگی قوی تری را با دیگر ابعاد دارا می باشند. نتیجه گیری: با توجه به یافته‌های حاصل از اجرای سه مرحله تکنیک دلفی، عوامل مؤثر شناسایی شده برای طراحی مدل توسعه سرمایه اجتماعی در دانشگاه علوم پزشکی مشهد با رویکرد رفتار شهروندی ؛ ابعاد نه گانه مذکور می‌باشد که با تبیین و شناخت وضعیت موجود آنها می‌توان گام مؤثری در جهت طراحی مدل توسعه سرمایه اجتماعی با رویکرد رفتار شهروندی در این دانشگاه عظیم کشور برداشتو از نتایج آن برای سایر دانشگاه‌های علوم پزشکی کشور نیز بهره‌مند شد.

عنوان انگلیسی Designing model of social capital development regarding citizenship behavior in Mashhad University of Medical Sciences using qualitative approach in 1399
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Abstract Objective: Due to the importance of the university as a center of production of social capital, the University of Medical Sciences is more important partiqurarly in providing services in crisis situations.The aim of the present study is to test the designed model of social capital development with the citizenship behavior approach in Mashhad University of Medical Sciences. Method: The present study is an applied developmental research, which is performed on the basis of Delphi method in the second semester of 2019-2020 in Mashhad University of medical sciences. A panel of experts consisting of 25 academics and university administrators were selected using target sampling method. Different dimensions of social capital and citizenship behavior which were extracted from the data web services and the earlier related studies, were considered through several meetings in the three major sessions and ultimately the final dimensions were confirmed. Findings: The appropriate social capital developmental model based on citizenship behavior with 9 dimensions and 42 components were finalized. In citizenship behavior variable, the dimensions were included individual and organizational and in social capital variable, the dimensions were included structural, communicational, cognitive, management, organizational, group and individual. The statistics resulted from Kendall rank correlation coefficient for the identified dimensions, showing the intense agreement of panel members on the perceptional model of research. Also, management, cognitive and organizational dimensions in social capital variable shows stronger correlation with other dimensions. Conclusion: According to the findings of the implementation of three stages of Delphi technique, the effective factors identified for designing a social capital development model in Mashhad University of Medical Sciences with a citizenship behavior approach; These nine dimensions are mentioned that by explaining and recognizing their current situation, an effective step can be taken to design a model of social capital development with a citizenship behavior approach in this great university of the country and its results can be used for other universities of medical sciences.
