عنوان فارسی مقایسه اثربخشی برنامه پیشگیری پنسیلوانیای کلاسیک و برنامه پیشگیری پنسیلوانیا براساس معیارهای ایرانی اسلامی ‎بر روابط موضوعی مادران کودکان مبتلا به اختلالات طیف اوتیسم
چکیده فارسی مقاله مقدمه: استفاده از برنامه‎ها و مقایسه آن‎ها با هم با توجه به موقعیت‎های فرهنگی قومی‎در بیشتر نقاط دنیا یکی از تحقیقات مد نظر دانشمندان می‎باشد. بنابراین؛ هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی مقایسه‎ای اثربخشی برنامه پیشگیری پنسیلوانیا به دو صورت کلاسیک و منطبق شده با معیارهای ایرانی اسلامی ‎بر روابط موضوعی مادران کودکان مبتلا به اختلالات طیف اوتیسم بود.روش کار: بدین منظور از بین مادران دانش آموزان مبتلا به اختلالات طیف اوتیسم که در مرکز توان بخشی شاهرود دارای پرونده بودند و ابتلاء آنها به اختلال اوتیسم توسط یک روان پزشک شناسایی و ثبت شده بود 45 نفر داوطلب به صورت در دسترس انتخاب شده و به صورت کاملا تصادفی در دو گروه مداخله و یک گروه کنترل جایگزین شدند، به گونه‎ای که هر گروه 15 نفر را شامل شد. مداخلات در پنج جلسه هفتگی دو ساعته صورت گرفت و شرکت کنندگان قبل و بعد از آن به پرسشنامه روابط موضوعی بل پاسخ دادند. تحلیل داده‎ها با استفاده از روش آماری کووارانس چندمتغیره انجام شد.نتایج: نتایج تحقیق نشان داد که بین اثربخشی این دو روش مداخله بر روابط موضوعی مادران کودکان مبتلا به اختلالات طیف اوتیسم تفاوت معنی داری وجود دارد.نتیجه‌گیری: به نظر می‎رسد که برنامه پیشگیری پنسیلوانیا بر اساس معیارهای ایرانی اسلامی ‎مقیاس‎های دلبستگی نا ایمن و بی‎کفایتی اجتماعی روابط موضوعی مادران کودکان مبتلا به اختلالات طیف اوتیسم اثرگذار باشد.

عنوان انگلیسی Comparison of Effectiveness of Pennsylvania Prevention Program in Clasic Form and Pennsylvania Prevention Program in Accordance With Iranian Islamic Standards on Objective Relations in Mothers Of Children With Autism Specrtom Disorders
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Introduction: Using programs and comparing them with each other according to ethnic cultural situations in most parts of the world is one of the researches considered by scientists. Therefore; the aim of the present study was to compare the effectiveness of the Pennsylvania prevention program in both classical and adapted to Iranian-Islamic criteria on the thematic relationships of mothers of children with autism spectrum disorders.Methods: For this purpose, among the mothers of students with autism spectrum disorders who had a file in Shahroud Rehabilitation Center and their autism was identified and registered by a psychiatrist, 45 volunteers were selected by availability and completely randomly. They were replaced in two intervention groups and one control group, so that each group included 15 people. The interventions were performed in five two-hour weekly sessions and participants answered the Bell Thematic Relationship Questionnaire before and after. Data analysis was performed using multivariate covariance statistical method.Results: The results of the research showed that there is a significant difference between the effectiveness of these two methods of intervention on the thematic relationships of mothers of children with autism spectrum disorders.Conclusion: The Pennsylvania Prevention Program seems to be effective based on Iranian-Islamic criteria for insecure attachment scales and social incompetence Thematic relationships of mothers of children with autism spectrum disorders.
