عنوان فارسی مروری بر پژوهشهای سلولهای بنیادی و پزشکی بازساختی در ایران
چکیده فارسی مقاله مقدمه: یافتن درمان‌های مدرن ومناسب برای بیماری‌ها به‌ویژه بیماری‌های مزمن (مانند بیماری‌های مزمن متابولیکی) یکی از مهم‌ترین موضوعات درگیر کننده ذهن بشر است. از سویی دیگر، محدودیت‌هایی مرتبط با پیوند اعضاء وجود دارد که نیازجدی برای رفع آنها، محققان را به انجام مطالعات گسترده در راستای یافتن بهترین روش‌های جایگزینی اعضاء تشویق نموده است. در این زمینه، محققان به مزیت سلول‌های بنیادی به‌عنوان رویکردی مناسب پی برده‌اند. بر این اساس تاکنون استفاده از سلول‌های بنیادی برای درمان بیماری‌های مختلف در بسیاری از کشورهای جهان از جمله ایران مورد توجه بوده است و مراکز تحقیقاتی زیادی به انجام مطالعه در جهت به روز رسانی علم سلول درمانی می‌پردازند. روش‌ها: مروری بر تاریخچه‌ی مطالعات سلول‌های بنیادی در ایران و جهان انجام گرفت و مرکز تحقیقات سلول درمانی و پزشکی بازساختی به‌عنوان یکی از مراکز پیش رو در این حوزه معرفی و مروری بر فعالیت‌های این مرکز انجام شد. یافته‌ها: سابقه‌ی مطالعات مرتبط با سلول درمانی در ایران به سال 1369 باز می‌گردد. به‌دنبال آن، مرکز تحقیقات سلول درمانی و پزشکی بازساختی با ارائه خدمات مبتنی بر اصول GMP، اقدام به ارائه خدمات بالینی مطابق با استانداردهای جهانی و انجام پژوهش‌های مختلف در این حوزه نموده است. نتیجه‌گیری: هدف نوشته حاضر بررسی راهبردها، چالش‌ها و فرصت‌های تحقیق و درمان با استفاده از سلول‌های بنیادی در این مرکز است.

عنوان انگلیسی AN OVERVIEW OF STEM CELL AND REGENERATIVE MEDICINE RESEARCHES IN IRAN
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Background: In many years, finding modern and appropriate treatments for diseases, especially chronic diseases (such as chronic metabolic diseases) have been one of the most important issues. On the other hand, limitations related to organ transplantation have made a serious need for advanced therapeutic strategies. In this respect, researchers have recognized the benefits of stem cells as a suitable tool. Accordingly, the application of stem cells for the treatment of various diseases has been considered in many countries around the world especially Iran. Methods: A review of the history of stem cell studies in Iran and the world was conducted and the Cell Therapy and Reconstructive Medicine Research Center was introduced as one of the leading centers in this field and a review was conducted on the activities of this center. Results: The history of studies related to cell-based therapy in Iran back to 1990. Subsequently, the Cell Therapy and Reconstructive Medicine Research Center, by providing services based on GMP principles, has provided clinical services in accordance with international standards and has conducted various researches in this field. Conclusion: The purpose of the current review is to examine the strategies and challenges around the research and treatment opportunities using stem cells in mentioned center.
