عنوان فارسی ارائه مدل عوامل مؤثر بر ارتقاء اثربخشی ارتباط در دانشجویان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی رفسنجان در سال تحصیلی ۹۸-۹۷: یک مطالعه توصیفی
چکیده فارسی مقاله چکیده زمینه و هدف: ارتباط مؤثر یک مهارت اصلی برای تمامی متخصصان مراقبت‌های بهداشتی و سلامت است که از دیرباز، ارتباطات در بخش سلامت، حوزه مهمی برای پژوهشگران بوده است، ارائه این ارتباطات برای ارائه مراقبت‌های بهداشتی با کیفیت بالا، حیاتی است. پژوهش حاضر با هدف ارائه مدل عوامل مؤثر بر ارتقاء اثربخشی ارتباط در دانشجویان پزشکی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی رفسنجان در سال تحصیلی 98-1397 انجام گرفت.  مواد و روش‌ها: پژوهش حاضر به روش توصیفی انجام شد. جامعه آماری شامل کلیه دانشجویان پزشکی مشغول به تحصیل مقطع دکتری عمومی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی رفسنجان به تعداد 269 نفر در سال تحصیلی 98-1397 و بیماران و مراجعان به تعداد 6150 بودند. تعداد 155 نفر از دانشجویان پزشکی و 381 نفر از بیماران و مراجعان با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس به عنوان نمونه انتخاب و به پرسش­نامه محقق ساخته ارتقاء اثر بخشی ارتباط پاسخ دادند. داده­ها با استفاده از مدل یابی معادلات ساختاری تجزیه و تحلیل شد. یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد که از بین ابعاد مؤثر بر ارتقاء اثربخشی ارتباط، پیامدها دارای بیشترین ضریب عاملی یا دارای بیشترین تأثیر بر مدل (622/0) و هم­چنین میانگین درجه تأثیر مؤلفه­های زمینه­ای دارای کم‌ترین درجه تأثیر بر مدل (294/0) دارد. نتیجه‌گیری: عوامل مؤثر بر ارتقاء اثربخشی ارتباطات شامل راهبردها، شرایط مداخله گر، شرایط علی، شرایط زمینه­ای و پیامدها بود. داشتن ارتباط مؤثر تأثیرات مثبتی برای دانشجویان پزشکی دارد، بنابراین باید در دوره­های آموزشی دانشجویان پزشکی تاکید زیادی بر آموزش مهارت­­های ارتباطی برای دانشجویان پزشکی صورت گیرد. واژه‌های کلیدی: اثربخشی، دانشجو، ارتباط، رفسنجان

عنوان انگلیسی Presenting a Model of Factors Affecting the Effectiveness of Communication in Students of Rafsanjan University of Medical Sciences in the Academic Year of 2018-2019: A Descriptive Study
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Background and Objectives: Effective communication is a key skill for all health care professionals, which has long been an important area for researchers in the field of health. Providing these communications is critical to providing high quality health care. The aim of this study was to present a model of factors affecting the promotion of communication effectiveness in the medical students of Rafsanjan University of Medical Sciences in the academic year of 2018-2019. Materials and Methods: The present study was a descriptive study. The statistical population included all medical students studying general doctorate at Rafsanjan University of Medical Sciences, 269 people in the academic year of 2018-2019 and 6,150 patients and clients. 155 medical students and 381 patients and clients were selected as the sample using the available sampling method and answered the researcher-made questionnaire of improving the effectiveness of communication. Data were analyzed using structural equation modeling. Results: The results showed that among the dimensions affecting the promotion of communication effectiveness, the outcomes had the highest factor coefficient or had the most impact on the model (0.622) and also the average degree of influence of the underlying components on the model had the least effect on the model (0.294). Conclusion: Factors affecting the effectiveness of communication included strategies, intervening conditions, causal conditions, contextual conditions and consequences. Having effective communication has positive effects for medical students, so there should be a lot of emphasis on teaching communication skills to medical students in medical students' training courses.
