عنوان فارسی بررسی رابطه ویژگی‌های استاندارد با اعتباربخشی بیمارستان‌های دولتی استان کرمان در سال ۱۴۰۰ به ‌منظور ارائه یک مدل مطلوب: یک مطالعه توصیفی
چکیده فارسی مقاله زمینه و هدف: یکی از ابزارهای اصلی بهبود کیفیت مراقبت سلامت در بیمارستان­ها اعتباربخشی است که توجه به استانداردها و ویژگی‌های آن‌ به­دلیل نقش مهمی که در نشان دادن عملکرد مورد انتظار بیمارستان دارند، بسیار حائز اهمیت هستند. لذا این پژوهش با هدف تعیین رابطه ویژگی­‌های استاندارد با اعتباربخشی به­منظور طراحی مدل مطلوب در بیمارستان‌های دولتی استان کرمان انجام گرفت. مواد و روش‌ها: پژوهش توصیفی حاضر در سال 1400 در بیمارستان­های دولتی استان کرمان روی 86 نفر انجام گرفت. ابزار جمع­آوری داده­ها دو پرسش­نامه محقق­ساخته جهت ویژگی­های استاندارد و اعتباربخشی بود. برای تجزیه­و­تحلیل داده‌ها از روش­های آمار توصیفی (فراوانی، درصد، میانگین و انحراف معیار) و استنباطی (آزمون t تک نمونه‌ای، تحلیل عاملی تأییدی و معادلات ساختاری) استفاده شد. یافته‌ها: بر­اساس نتایج مربوط به آمار توصیفی، میانگین ویژگی­های استاندارد و اعتباربخشی، به ترتیب، 35/0±22/4 و 34/0±21/4 بود. نتایج ضریب نسبت بحرانی و آماره t (735/0=R2، 377/13=t) و نتایج مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری (001/0>p، 735/0=β) نشان داد ویژگی‌های استاندارد تأثیر افزایشی (مستقیم) بر اعتباربخشی داشت. نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج نشان داد ویژگی‌های استاندارد تأثیر مستقیمی بر اعتباربخشی دارند. به­طور­کلی ویژگی­های تعیین­شده جهت استانداردها و مدل پیشنهادی اعتباربخشی بر­مبنای استانداردها در سطح قوی قرار دارند. بنابراین مدل پیشنهادی می‌تواند ﮔﺎم ارزﺷﻤﻨﺪی در ﺟﻬﺖ ﻛﺎرآﻣﺪی و اﺛـﺮﺑﺨشی ﺳﻴﺴﺘﻢ اﻋﺘﺒﺎرﺑﺨﺸﻲ و ﺑﻬﺒﻮد ﻣﺴﺘﻤﺮ ﻛﻴﻔﻴﺖ خدمات در بیمارستان­ها بردارد. نتایج این پژوهش اطلاعات مفیدی را در اختیار سیاست‌گذاران و مدیران ارشد نظام سلامت کشور به­منظور اصلاح ساختار اعتباربخشی بیمارستانی قرار می­دهد. واژه‌های کلیدی: اعتباربخشی، استاندارد، ویژگی های استاندارد

عنوان انگلیسی Explaining the Relationship between Standard Features and Accreditation in Public Hospitals in Kerman Province in 2021 in Order to Present an Optimal Model: A Descriptive Study
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Background and Objectives: Accreditation is one of the tools to improve the quality of healthcare and conceptual elements in the management of the hospital. It is very important to pay attention to the standards and their characteristics because of their important role in showing the expected performance of the hospital. Therefore, this study was conducted to determine the relationship between standard features and accreditation in order to design an optimal model in public hospitals in Kerman province. Materials and Methods: The present descriptive study was performed on 86 people in public hospitals of Kerman province in 2021. The data collection tool was two researcher-made questionnaires for standard and validation characteristics. Descriptive statistics (frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation) and inferential statistics (one-sample t-test, confirmatory factor analysis, and structural equations) were used to analyze the data. Results: Based on the results of the descriptive statistics, the mean of standard features and validation were 4.22±0.35 and ‌4.21±0.34, respectively. The results of critical ratio coefficient and t-statistic (R2=0.735, t=13.377) and structural equation modeling results (p< 0.001, β= 0.735) showed that standard features had an additive (direct) effect on validation. Conclusions: The results showed that standard features have a direct effect on validation. In general, the characteristics set for the standards and the proposed accreditation model based on the standards are at a strong level. Therefore, the proposed model can take valuable steps in accreditation efficacy and improvement of services in hospitals. The results of this study provide useful information to policy makers and senior managers of the country's health system in order to improve the structure of hospital accreditation.
