عنوان فارسی رابطه بین کارکرد خانواده و اعتیاد به تلفن هوشمند در نوجوانان در زمان همه‌گیری ویروس کرونا؛ نقش واسطهای عزتنفس و احساس تنهایی: یک مطالعه توصیفی
چکیده فارسی مقاله زمینه و هدف: پژوهش­ها تأیید کرده­اند که کارکرد خانواده با اعتیاد به تلفن هوشمند در نوجوانان رابطه دارد. با این ‌حال، اطلاعات زیادی در مورد ساز و کار واسطه­ای این رابطه خصوصاً در زمان همه­گیری کرونا وجود ندارد. از این‌رو، هدف پژوهش حاضر تعیین نقش واسطه­ای عزت ‌نفس و احساس تنهایی در رابطه بین کارکرد خانواده و اعتیاد به تلفن هوشمند در زمان همه­گیری کرونا بود. مواد و روش­ها: پژوهش حاضر از نوع توصیفی بود. از جامعه دانش­آموزان پسر دوره دبیرستان منطقه 14 شهر تهران در سال تحصیلی 1400-1399، تعداد 281 نفر با روش نمونه­گیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند. داده­ها با استفاده از ابزار سنجش خانواده، مقیاس عزت‌ نفس Rosenberg، مقیاس استفاده مفرط از تلفن همراه، و ویرایش سوم مقیاس احساس تنهایی کالیفرنیا گردآوری و با آزمون همبستگی Pearson و مدل­سازی معادلات ساختاری تحلیل شد. یافته­ها: نتایج نشان داد که اثر مستقیم کارکرد خانواده (11/0=β، 01/0P<)، عزت ‌نفس (27/0- =β، 001/0P<) و احساس تنهایی (23/0- =β، 001/0P<) بر اعتیاد به تلفن هوشمند، معنادار است. نقش واسطه­ای عزت ‌نفس (11/0- =β، 01/0P<) و احساس تنهایی (04/0 =β، 05/0P<) در رابطه بین کارکرد خانواده و اعتیاد به تلفن هوشمند نیز معنادار بود. نتیجه­گیری: این مطالعه نشان داد نوجوانانی که در جو خانوادگی بهتری زندگی می­کنند، دارای عزت ‌نفس بالاتر و احساس تنهایی کم‌تر هستند و احتمال اعتیاد به تلفن هوشمند در آنان کم‌تر است. بنابراین پیشنهاد می­شود متخصصان بالینی حوزه اعتیاد اینترنتی، در برنامه­های پیش­گیرانه و مداخلات درمانی استفاده کنند. واژه‌های کلیدی: اعتیاد به تلفن هوشمند، خانواده، احساس تنهایی، عزت‌ نفس، نوجوان

عنوان انگلیسی The Relationship between Family Functioning and Smartphone Addiction among Adolescents during the Coronaviruses Outbreak; the Mediating Role of Self-Esteem and Loneliness: A Descriptive Study
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Background and Objectives: Studies have verified that family functioning has a negative relationship with smartphone addiction in adolescents. However, not much is known about the mediating mechanism underlying this relationship during the Coronaviruses Outbreak. Hence, the aim of the present study was to investigate the mediating role of self-esteem and loneliness in the relationship between family functioning and smartphone addiction. Materials and Methods: The research design was descriptive. From the statistical population of male high school students at district 14 of Tehran in academic year of 2019-2020, a total of 281 students were selected using convenience sampling method. Data were collected using Family Assessment Device, UCLA Loneliness Scale- Version 3, Cell-phone Over-use Scale, and Rosenberg Self- Esteem Scale. To analyze the data Pearson's correlation test and structural equation modeling were conducted. Results: The results showed that direct effect of family functioning (β=0.11, p< 0.001), self-esteem (β=0.27, p< 0.001), and loneliness (β=0.23, p< 0.001) on the smartphone addiction were significant. Also, the results showed that the mediating role of self-esteem (β=-0.11, p< 0.01) and loneliness (β= 0.04, p< 0.05) in the relationship between family functioning and smartphone addiction was significant. Conclusion: This study revealed that the adolescents who live in better family atmosphere have higher self-esteem and experience less loneliness, and are less likely to develop smartphone addiction. Overall, these findings have some important implications for the prevention and intervention of the adolescent Internet addiction.
