عنوان فارسی بررسی آگاهی و نگرش دندانپزشکان در مورد عفونت ویروس هرپس سیمپلکس
چکیده فارسی مقاله زمینه و هدف: عدم آگاهی و نگرش دندانپزشکان نسبت به هرپس سیمپلکس ویروس یکی از نگرانی ها ی جامعه می باشد. روش تحقیق: این مطالعه توصیفی مقطعی Cross sectional، بر روی 400 نفر  به صورت نمونه گیری با مراجعه مستمر انجام گرفت. پرسش نامه شامل سوالات مربوط به ویژگی های فردی, سوالات آگاهی شامل اطلاعات از انواع تظاهرات هرپس سیمپلکس 12 سوال و سوالات نگرش شامل 12 سوال بود. در سوالات آگاهی، به هر سوال یک نمره اختصاص داده شد. به هر گویه نگرش، نمره 3-0 اختصاص داده شد. داده ها با آزمون χ2 توسط نرم افزار SPSS11 مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. (0.05P<). یافته ها: تعداد شرکت کنندگان در این مطالعه 75/51 درصد مرد و 25/48 درصد زن بودند. میانگین سنی افراد 30 سال بود. میزان آگاهی در هیچ کدام از نمونه ها خیلی خوب نبود، در 5/3 درصد خوب، در 3/1 درصد کم و در 3/96 درصد خیلی کم بود. در قسمت نگرش نسبت به عفونت هرپس سیمپلکس، در 3/30 درصد نگرش مثبت، در 2/58 درصد نگرش نسبتا مثبت و 5/11 درصد نگرش منفی وجود داشت.0.001P< طبق نتایج به دست آمده، ارتباط معنی داری بین سن پایین( 0.001(P<, وضعیت تحصیلی(0.001P<) ,دانشگاه محل تحصیل(0.001P<),استان فعالیت (0.001P<)و میزان آگاهی دندانپزشکان از عفونت هرپس سیمپلکس وجود داشت. همچنین  دندانپزشکان زن (0.02P<),سن بالای 30سال(0.000P<),سال فارغ التحصیلی قبل از  1390 (0.000P<),دانشگاه محل تحصیل شهرستان,شاهدآزاد(0.03P<)نگرش مثبت تری نسبت به بقیه داشتند.. نتیجه گیری: میزان آگاهی و نگرش دندانپزشکان مورد مطالعه کمتر از شرایط قابل انتظار بود.

چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Dentist`s knowledge and attitude about herpes simplex  virus Infection Introduction: The lack of knowledge and attitude of dentists towards herpes simplex virus is one of the concerns of the community.. Materials & Methods: This cross-sectional research was conducted on 400 dentists using continuous referral sampling technique. The questionnaire used to collect data included three sections: There were some questions on individual characteristics, 12 questions on dentists' knowledge about Herpes simplex infection, and 12 questions on dentists' attitudes towards this infection. In the section on knowledge each question received a score of 1. The score range of each attitude question was 0-3. Data were analyzed with chi-squared test SPSS11 and regression analysis. Results: Of 400 dentists evaluated, 48.25% were female and 51.75% were male, with a mean age of 30 years. Knowledge was not very good in any of the samples, it was 3.5% good, low in 3.1% and very low in 96.3%. In the attitude towards herpes simplex infection, in 30.3% positive attitude, 58.2% had a relatively positive attitude and 11.5% had a negative attitude. According to the results, there was a significant relationship between the lower age,education`s condition, university and the province of activity. (p < 0/05). Furthermore, female gender, age more than 30,year education before2011,graduated  from AZAD,SHAHED , university had the positive  awareness of about herpes simplex infection (p < 0/05). Conclusion: The knowledge and attitudes of dentists studied were less than the expected levels. It is necessary to design proper educational programs to improve dentists' knowledge and attitudes in this field.
