بررسی راهبردهای بیگانه‌گرایی و بومی‌گرایی در ترجمه‌های ادبی انگلیسی به فارسی |

این تحقیق بر اساس تمایز بین دو راهبرد اساسی فرهنگی «بیگانه‌گرایی» و «بومی‌گرایی» که ونوتی طرح کرده است در پی کاوش شیوه‌ای است که ادبیات بیگانه در زمینۀ فارسی بازنمایی می‌شود. در راستای این هدف، سه رمان معروف جهان که در اصل به زبان انگلیسی تألیف شده‌اند با ترجمه‌های آنها به فارسی مقایسه شده‌اند. این تحقیق بر اساس الگوهای عملی ترجمه استوار است که از چند تحقیق قبلی نشئت گرفته است. این تحقیق توصیفیِ فراورده-بنیاد پژوهشی است کیفی با هدف توصیف و تحلیل شیوه‌های عملی راهبردهای ترجمه بیگانه‌گرایی و بومی‌گرایی. پرسشهای تحقیق درصدد است راهبرد غالب بومی‌گرایی را در تقسیم‌بندی دوگانۀ بیگانه‌گرایی و بومی‌گرایی و نیز گسترۀ کاربرد این دو راهبرد در پیکرۀ تحقیق بکاود. بر اساس نتایج به دست آمده، بومی‌گرایی رایج‌ترین راهبرد فرهنگی ترجمه مورد استفاده در پیکرۀ تحقیق و همچنین در جفت‌های مقایسه شدۀ متن مبدأ و مقصد شناخته شده است. |

A Survey of Foreignization and Domestication Strategies in English-Persian Literary Translations |

Relying on the distinction between two key cultural strategies of foreignization and domestication postulated by Venuti, this research explores the way in which foreign literature has been portrayed in Persian context. To this end, three world famous novels originally written in English are compared with their Persian translations. The outlet of the research is based on the solid foundation of the practical models of translation that have been gleaned from a number of studies. This product-oriented descriptive translation research is a qualitative attempt to describe and analyse the applied foreignization and domestication procedures. The research questions aims to explore the dominant strategy in the dichotomy of foreignization/ domestication as well as the scope of application of these two strategies in the corpus of the research. According to the obtained results, domestication has been introduced as the most pervasive cultural translation strategy applied in the corpus of the research as well as each ST-TT pair. |
