عنوان فارسی تحلیل عوامل مؤثر بر به‌کارگیری عملیات حفاظت از مراتع در استان خراسان رضوی شهرستان بردسکن
چکیده فارسی مقاله اکوسیستم‌های خشک و بیابانی بخش اعظم سرزمین ایران را در بر گرفته است. این مناطق، مورد بهره‌برداری جوامع محلی منطقه قرار می‌گیرند؛ ازاین‌رو با توجه به اهمیت حفظ و توسعۀ اکوسیستم‌های طبیعی مناطق خشک و بیابانی، پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی عوامل مؤثر بر به‌کارگیری اقدامات حفاظت از مراتع از سوی بهره‌برداران، با استفاده از ترکیبی از روش‌های پیمایش و مطالعۀ موردی در مراتع خشک و بیابانی شهرستان بردسکن انجام گرفت. جمع‌آوری داده‌ها از طریق بررسی اسناد، گروه‌های متمرکز، مصاحبه‌های نیمه‌ساختاریافته و مصاحبه‌های ساختاریافته از طریق پرسشنامه، با نمونه‌ای تصادفی متشکل از 222 بهره‌بردار در شهرستان بردسکن که به روش نمونه‌گیری چندمرحله‌ای انتخاب‌ شده بودند صورت گرفت؛ و درنهایت داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم‌افزار Spss تجزیه و تحلیل شد. یافته‌ها نشان داد دانش بهر‌ه‌برداران دربارۀ نقش، اهمیت و عوامل مؤثر بر تخریب مراتع نسبتاً بالا بود، ولی اقدام آن‌ها درخصوص عملیات مکانیکی در حد کم گزارش شد. همچنین نتایج نشان داد اقدام آن‌ها در زمینۀ عملیات بیولوژیک و مدیریت چرا با اجرای طرح‌های مرتع‌داری همراه با تعامل بهره‌برداران با نهادهای بیرونی، شرکت در دوره‌های ترویجی، افزایش تحصیلات و افزایش سطح اراضی زراعی و باغی رابطۀ مثبت و معنی‌داری دارد. همچنین براساس تحلیل مسیر، 37 درصد تغییرات اقدام بهره‌برداران در مورد حفاظت از مراتع، به‌وسیلۀ متغیرهای اقدامات اصلاحی/احیایی مراتع، دانش افراد در مورد اقدامات حفاظتی، روابط با کارشناسان منابع طبیعی، تحصیلات و تعداد دوره‌هایی که فرد شرکت کرده بود، تبیین می‌شد. می‌توان نتیجه گرفت فعالیت‌های آموزشی و روابط با کارشناسان می‌تواند در افزایش دانش بهره‌برداران و اقدام بیشتر و پایداری بهره‌برداری از مراتع تأثیرگذار باشد.

عنوان انگلیسی Analysis of affecting Factors on the Rangeland Conservation in Khorasan razavi province, Bardaskan township
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Arid ecosystems and deserts cover much of the Iran’s land. These areas are exploited by local communities. Considering the importance of the conservation and development of natural ecosystems in the arid regions, a study was done to assess factors influencing usage of rangeland conservation practices by exploiters through combination of survey methods and case study in arid rangeland of Bardaskan County. Data were collected using existing documents, focus groups, semi-structured and structured interviews by questionnaires filled by 222 rural exploiters chosen through a randomized multi stage sampling technique. Finally, data were analyzed using SPSS software for Windows. Findings shows that exploiters have a vast knowledge regarding the role, importance and affecting factors on rangeland degradation but their actions about mechanical operations are in a low level. The results also showed that exploiters action in the field of biological and grazing management operations have significant positive relationship with the implementation of rangeland management plans, interaction with external organizations, participating in the extension courses, increasing education and increasing levels of farm and garden area. Based on path analysis, 37% changes of farmers actions regarding the rangeland conservation explained by variables of restoration actions, the knowledge regarding the conservation operations, interaction with external institutions, education, number of taken courses. It can be concluded that educational activities and interaction with external institutions can be effective in increasing exploiters’ knowledge, their actions and sustainable exploitation of rangelands.
