عنوان فارسی تحلیل داده بنیاد مؤلفه‌های رفتار مدیریتی به منظور ارائه مدل برای نظام آموزش عالی ایران
چکیده فارسی مقاله پژوهش حاضر با هدف شناسایی مؤلفه‌های رفتار مدیریتی به منظور ارائه مدل برای نظام آموزش عالی ایران، از نوع کیفی و به روش نظریه داده‌بنیاد- رویکرد عینی‌گرایی اشتراوس و کربین با بهره‌گیری از منطق پارادایمی انجام گرفت. با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری نظری، مشارکت کنندگان در پژوهش شامل 38 نفر از رؤسا و معاونین دانشگاه‌های کشور؛ اعم از دولتی، آزاد، پیام‌نور، فرهنگیان و غیرانتفاعی که در ارتباط با موضوع پژوهش صاحب نظر بودند انتخاب شدند و با استفاده از مصاحبه نیمه ساختار یافته داده‌ها جمع‌آوری و اشباع نظری حاصل گردید. ساختار اصلی تحلیل داده‌ها بر مبنای سه شیوه کدگذاری باز، کدگذاری محوری و کدگذاری انتخابی بود. ابتدا داده‌های حاصل از مصاحبه‌های نیمه ساختار یافته مورد تحلیل قرار گرفت و مفاهیم جزیی از داده‌ها استخراج شد. بر اساس مفاهیم جزیی، 160 مفهوم کلی شکل گرفت و بر اساس مفاهیم کلی 20 مقوله‌ فرعی ایجاد شد. پس از بازنگری مفاهیم جزیی، مفاهیم کلی و مقوله‌های فرعی، ارتباط آن‌ها با مقوله‌های اصلی مشخص گردید. جهت یکپارچه‌سازی مؤلفه‌ها، از تکنیک استفاده از نمودار، بهره‌گیری و مدل رفتار مدیریتی در نظام آموزش عالی ایران تدوین شد. نتایج نشان داد که ایجاد یک جریان طبیعی و سالم از تئوری، تحقیق و عمل در ارتباط با مفاهیم و مقوله‌های رفتار مدیریتی، می‌تواند در بازاندیشی، بازسازی و بازآفرینی مجدد این مؤلفه‌ها به مدیران کمک نماید و افزایش بازده فردی، گروهی، سازمانی و اجتماعی را در پی داشته باشد.

چکیده انگلیسی مقاله The present study is accomplished with the aim of identification of the managerial behavior components for formulate of model for Iran's higher education system, in qualitative type and in grounded theory method- Strauss and Corbin's objectivist approach by appling paradigmatic logic. By using theoretical sampling method, 38 participating people in the study who were expert in relation with the subject of the study were selected include deans and vice presidents of the universities of the country, including state universities, Open universities, Payam-e Nour, teacher training and non-profit universities who are considered as experts in relevant fields of study. Data were collected using semi-structured interviews and the state of theoretical saturation was achieved. Data analysis was basically founded on three methods of open coding, axial coding and selective coding. The data obtained by semi-structured interviews were analyzed at the first place and some partial concepts were extracted. 160 general concepts were formed using those partial concepts; and 20 sub-categories were constructed out of general concepts. All the partial concepts, general concepts and sub-categories were reviewed and their relations with the main categories were identified. finally, the proposed model was formulated for managerial behavior in Iran's higher education system. Generally, the findings indicated that in order for the managers to be equipped with managerial behavior they are in need of having thorough and proper studies and researches regarding the aforementioned components and try to handle tasks such as rethinking, restructuring and recreation of the components just cited.
