عنوان فارسی اثر هوش اخلاقی بر چرخش انگیزه‌ها در فعالیت تیمی: رهیافت اقتصاد آزمایشگاهی
چکیده فارسی مقاله هوش اخلاقی از عوامل اثرگذار بر عملکرد افراد در فعالیت‌های تیمی است که می‌تواند منجربه کاهش سطح چرخش انگیزه‌ها در میان اعضای تیم شود. در این راستا مطالعه حاضر بر آن شد تا در محیطی آزمایشگاهی و با استفاده از بازی‌های همزمان و متوالی به بررسی اثرات هوش اخلاقی بر عملکرد افراد و رخداد چرخش انگیزه‌ها در میان اعضای تیم بپردازد. بنابراین 182 نمونه از دانشجویان از جامعه آماری دانشگاه‌های یزد انتخاب شد که هر کدام 12 بازی (6 بازی متوالی و 6 بازی همزمان) انجام دادند و در مجموع 2184 مشاهده جمع‌آوری شد. نتایج حاصل از این مطالعه در دو سطح فردی و گروهی طبقه‌بندی شد؛ که نتایج حاصل از سطح فردی نشان دهنده عدم اثرگذاری هوش اخلاقی بر چرخش انگیزه‌ها و نتایج حاصل از سطح گروهی حاکی از اثرگذاری هوش اخلاقی بر چرخش انگیزه‌ها بود. در سطح تیمی نتایج نشان داد که ارتباط میان هوش اخلاقی و چرخش انگیزه‌ها معکوس است؛ بدین معنی که با افزایش هوش اخلاقی میزان چرخش انگیزه‌ها در فعالیت تیمی کاهش یافته است.

چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Moral intelligence is one of the factors influencing the performance of individuals in team activities that can lead to a reduction in the level of incentive reversal among team members. In this regard, the present study aims to investigate the effects of moral intelligence on the performance of individuals and the occurrence of the incentive reversal among team members in an experimental environment using simultaneous and sequential games. So, 182 students from the Statistical Society of Yazd University were selected, each played 12 games (6 sequential games and 6 simultaneous games), and a total of 2184 observations were collected. The results of this study were categorized in two levels: individual and group; the results of individual level showed that moral intelligence has no effect on the incentive reversal and the results of group level showed moral intelligence has effected the incentive reversal. The results of the team level showed that the relationship between moral intelligence and the incentive reversal is negative; this means that with increasing moral intelligence, the degree of incentive reversal in team activity has decreased.
