عنوان فارسی شناسایی ابعاد و مؤلفه‌های توسعۀ فرهنگی در کتابخانۀ ملی ایران
چکیده فارسی مقاله هدف اصلی این پژوهش، شناسایی ابعاد و مؤلفه‌های توسعه فرهنگی برای کتابخانه ملی ایران بوده است. این پژوهش به‌لحاظ هدف، کاربردی و ازنظر نوع داده‌ها، تلفیقی (کمی و کیفی) و ازنظر نحوه گردآوری داده‌ها، توصیفی از نوع پیمایشی است. جامعه آماری پژوهش، همه مدیران میانی و ارشد کتابخانه ملی ایران بودند که به‌صورت هدفمند، 5 نفر برای مصاحبه حضوری و 32 نفر از آنها برای پاسخ به پرسشنامه انتخاب شدند. ابعاد و مؤلفه‌های اولیه توسعه فرهنگی براساس مطالعات کتابخانه‌ای و مبانی نظری (نظریه‌ها، روش‌ها و الگو‌ها)، مصاحبه و مطالعه پیشینه پژوهش در ایران و جهان در 3 بعد و 23 مؤلفه (9 مؤلفه آزادی فرهنگی، 8 مؤلفه خلاقیت فرهنگی و 6 مؤلفه گفت‌وگوی فرهنگی) استخراج شد و برای تأیید در اختیار پاسخگویان قرار گرفت. نتیجه تحلیل عاملی تأییدی ابعاد و مؤلفه‌های الگوی توسعه فرهنگی کتابخانه ملی ایران نشان داد که از بین 23 مؤلفه شناسایی‌شده، 2 مؤلفه با بار عاملی کمتر از 4/0 از الگو حذف و 21 مؤلفه دیگر تأیید شده‌اند. همچنین، مؤلفه «شناسایی و معرفی مفاخر فرهنگی مشترک با دیگر کشورها»، مؤلفه «تقویت سازمان‌های مردم‌نهاد» و «گفت‌وگوی بین تمدن‌ها» دارای بیشترین اهمیت بودند.

عنوان انگلیسی Identification of the dimensions and components of cultural development in the National Library of Iran
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله The main objective of this research was to identify the dimensions and components of cultural development for the National Library of Iran. This research is purposeful, applied and in terms of type of data, compilation (quantitative and qualitative) and in terms of collecting data, descriptive survey type. The statistical population of the study is all middle and senior managers of the National Library of Iran. Five people were interviewed and 32 were selected purposefully to answer the questionnaire questions. The main dimensions and components of cultural development based on library studies and theoretical foundations (theories, methods and models), interviewing and studying the background of research in Iran and the world in 3 dimensions and 23 components (9 components of cultural freedom, 8 components of cultural creativity and 6 components of cultural dialogue) were extracted and provided to the respondents for confirmation. The result of the confirmatory factor analysis of the dimensions and components of the cultural development model of the National Library of Iran shows that among 23 identified components, 2 components with factor load less than 0.4 were removed from the template and 21 other components were approved. Also, the component "Identifying and introducing common cultural cultures with other countries," the component of "strengthening organizations of the people's institutions" and "dialogue between civilizations" are most important.
