عنوان فارسی بررسی رابطۀ بین هوش اخلاقی و سرمایۀ اجتماعی با مسئولیت‌پذیری دانشجویان (مورد مطالعه: دانشگاه کاشان)
چکیده فارسی مقاله هدف: بررسی رابطۀ بین هوش اخلاقی و سرمایۀ اجتماعی با میزان مسئولیت‌پذیری دانشجویان. روش: نوع پژوهش از نظر هدف، کاربردی و از نظر اجرا، توصیفی همبستگی است. جامعۀ آماری پژوهش، کلیۀ‌ دانشجویان دانشگاه کاشان در سال تحصیلی 94-1393 به تعداد 7132 نفر می‌باشد که با استفاده از جدول مورگان، 364 نفر به روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی طبقه‌ای به دست آمد.ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات در این تحقیق، پرسشنامۀ هوش اخلاقی در قالب 40 گویه در سه مؤلفه(راستگویی، بخشش و دلسوزی)، پرسشنامۀ سرمایۀ اجتماعی در قالب 24 سؤال در چهار مؤلفه(مشارکت، انسجام، تعلّق و اعتماد اجتماعی) و پرسشنامۀ مسئولیت‌پذیری در قالب 42 سؤال در پنج مؤلفه(خودمدیریتی، امانتداری، وظیفه‌شناسی، سازمان‌یافتگی و پیشرفت‌گرایی) بود. روایی محتوایی و سازۀ پرسشنامه‌ها مورد تأیید قرار گرفت. پایایی پرسشنامۀ هوش اخلاقی 83/0، سرمایۀ اجتماعی 87/0 و مسئولیت‌پذیری 91/0 برآورد شد. تحلیل داده‌ها در سطح توصیفی و استنباطی با استفاده از نرم‌افزار SPSS و Amos انجام گرفت. یافته‌ها: میانگین هر یک از مؤلفه‌های هوش اخلاقی، سرمایۀ اجتماعی و مسئولیت‌پذیری، از میانگین نظری(3) بیشتر است. بین هوش اخلاقی و سرمایۀ اجتماعی با مسئولیت‌پذیری دانشجویان رابطۀ مثبت و معنادار وجود دارد. نتیجه‌گیری: تلاش در جهت معرفی و شناسایی جایگاه هوش اخلاقی و سرمایۀ اجتماعی در رشد و پرورش مسئولیت‌پذیری دانشجویان و نقش آن در آیندۀ زندگی تحصیلی و شغلی آنها دارای اهمیت قابل توجهی است.

عنوان انگلیسی The Study of Relationship between Moral Intelligence and Social Capital with the Responsibility in Students(Case Study:University of Kashan)
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Objectives: The purpose of this research is to study the relationship between moral intelligence and social capital with the responsibility in students at University of Kashan. Method: Research type is descriptive correlative. The statistical population consisted of 7132 students' in Universities of Kashan in academic year 2014-2015 that by Morgan table from the 7132, 364 ones were chosen by using stratified randomized sampling .Data collection tools are moral intelligence questionnaire with 40 items in 3 component (honesty, forgiveness & compassion), social capital questionnaire with 24 items in 4 components (social partnership, social integration, social belongings & social trust) and responsibility questionnaire with 42 items in 5 components (self-management, trusteeship, dutifulness, organizing & progressivism). Questionnaires content & construction validity confirmed. reliability coefficients were obtained equal to 0.83 for moral intelligence, 0.87 for social capital and 0.91 for responsibility. Data analyses were used in descriptive level (frequency, percentage, mean & standard deviation) and inferential level (t-test, pearson correlation coefficient, regression, structural equation modeling & path analysis) through Spss and Amos software’s. Results: The findings of the research indicate that the average rate of moral intelligence; social capital and responsibility components are higher than theory average (3). There are positive and significant relationship between moral intelligence and social capital with responsibility. Conclusion: The author of the research concludes efforts to introduce and identify the status of moral intelligence and social capital in the development of student’s responsibility and its role in the future of academic life and career is very important
