عنوان فارسی اثر خصوصی‌سازی در نظام بانکی بر شاخص‌های سودآوری بانک‌های خصوصی، دولتی و خصوصی شده
چکیده فارسی مقاله خصوصی‌سازی به واگذاری مالکیت و مدیریت بنگاه‌های دولتی به بخش خصوصی اشاره داشته و یکی از عوامل اصلی شکوفایی اقتصادی تلقی می شود. در این مقاله، کارکرد بانک های دولتی، خصوصی و خصوصی شده از طریق بررسی اثرات خصوص سازی در نظام بانکی بر عملکرد آن، مورد مقایسه با یکدیگر قرار گرفته است. این بررسی با استفاده از داده‌های 11 بانک  طی دوره 13 ساله (1396-1384) صورت پذیرفته است. لازم به ذکر است که با توجه به زمان انجام عمده خصوصی‌سازی ها (سال 1388) و اعمال محدودیت نظام بانکی کشور در قالب تحریم، در این بررسی از دو متغیر مجازی به منظور تفکیک تأثیرات آن دو استفاده گردیده است. برای این منظور، از سه گروه آزمون‌های رگرسیون پانل، آزمون‌های پارامتریک و ناپارامتریک استفاده شده که هر سه نتایج مشابهی در بر داشته‌اند. مدل رگرسیون پانل به منظور برررسی اثرات خصوصی‌سازی بر سودآوری کل نظام بانکی به‌کار گرفته شده است و نتایج برآورد آن نشان می‌دهد که خصوصی‌سازی تأثیر مثبت و معناداری بر عملکرد بانک‌ها در حوزه سودآوری داشته است. در گام نخست، آزمون‌های پارامتریک و ناپارامتریک با هدف مقایسه عملکرد بانک‌های خصوصی‌شده با خصوصی و دولتی در دوره قبل و بعد از اعمال خصوصی‌سازی و در گام بعدی، با هدف مقایسه عملکرد بانک‌های خصوصی‌شده در دوره قبل و بعد از اعمال خصوصی‌سازی انجام شده‌‌اند که نتایج آنها مبین وجود تفاوت‌های معنادار در این دو دوره بوده است. درقدم سوم مقایسه عملکرد بانک‌های خصوصی‌شده در دوره قبل و بعد از اعمال خصوصی‌سازی با بانک‌های دولتی و خصوی صورت پذیرفت نتایج نشان داد که عملکرد بانک‌های خصوصی شده تنها در مقایسه با بانک‌های دولتی ارتقا یافته و با بانک‌های خصوصی تقریباً مشابه بوده‌اند.

عنوان انگلیسی The Effect of Privatization in the Iranian Banking System on the Indicators of Profitability of Private, State and Privatized Banks
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Privatization which refers to the transition of ownership and management of state-owned enterprises to the private sector, is one of the main drivers of economic prosperity. In this paper, the performance of the state, private, and privatized banks have been compared through examining the effects of privatization in the banking system on its performance. The data from 11 banks during the 13-years period (2005-2017) has been used in this research. Due to the time of major privatization (2009) and the imposition of restrictions on the banking system in the form of sanctions, two dummy variables are used to distinguish their effects. To this purpose, panel regression, parametric and non-parametric tests have been used that have all the same results. The results of panel regression model which is used to examine the effects of privatization on the profitability of the entire banking system showed that privatization has had a positive and significant effect on the performance of banks in terms of profitability. In the first step, parametric and non-parametric tests have been used with the aim of comparing the performance of privatized banks with that of private and state banks in the period before and after privatization; then, these tests were used with the aim of comparing the performance of privatized banks in the period before and after the privatization. The results showed that there were significant differences in these two periods. In the third step, the performance of privatized banks in the period before and after privatization with state and private banks were compared. The results showed that the performance of privatized banks was only improved compared with state banks and was almost the same as private banks.
