بررسی تحلیلی ویژگی های زیستی و سلامت عمومی والدین خویشاوند و غیرخویشاوند با بیش از یک فرزند استثنایی |

زمینه: یکی از علل اصلی بروز و تکرار معلولیت در خانواده سابقه و وضعیت زیستی والدین در دوران قبل و حین بارداری است. پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی تحلیلی ویژگیهای زیستی والدین خویشاوند و غیرخویشاوند با بیش از یک فرزند استثنایی به منظور تدوین برنامه مداخلات پیشگیرانه، آموزشی و حمایتی انجام شد. روش: پژوهش از نوع تحقیقات توصیفی-تحلیلی و از نظر روش پس رویدادی بود. جامعه آماری شامل والدین دارای بیش از یک فرزند استثنایی خویشاوند و غیر خویشاوند استان مازندران در سال 1396 و نمونه مورد مطالعه شامل 150 خانواده دارای بیش از یک فرزند استثنایی با روش نمونهگیری، تصادفی ساده و چند مرحلهای انتخاب گردید. ابزار پژوهش، پرسشنامه بررسی ویژگی زیستی، شناختی، روانی و اجتماعی والدین افروز بوده که با مصاحبه با والدین تکمیل گردید. برای پاسخ به سؤال‌های پژوهش، از مدل آماری مجذور کای با ضریب تعیین استفاده شده است یافته ها: نتایج پژوهش نشان داد در ویژگیهای زیستی رابطه معناداری بین سن پدر و مادر، تعداد فرزندان خانواده، ترتیب تولد پدر و مادر در خانواده، وضعیت سلامت پدر و مادر و وضعیت مادر در دوران بارداری از نظر: مبتلا به بیماریهای غدد و داخلی، دیابت، صرع، مسمومیت، سابقه ویار، در معرض اشعه X ، ضربه شدید به شکم، سابقه مصرف دارو و قرص آهن، تحرک و استراحت، سقط جنین و طول بارداری در والدین خویشاوند و غیرخویشاوند وجود ندارد. رابطه معناداری بین سابقهی معلولیت در خانواده پدر و مادر، وضعیت مادر در دوران بارداری از نظر: بیماری خاص، تب شدید، سابقه خونریزی، وضعیت تغذیه در والدین خویشاوند و غیرخویشاوند وجود دارد. نتیجه گیری: با توجه به تاثیر متغیرهای زیستی و وضعیت بیماری مادر در دوران بارداری در پدیآیی، تکرار و تشدید معلولیت اقدامات پیشگیرانه و مشاوره زنتیک در ازدواجهای فامیلی و خانوادههای دارای فرزند معلول باید در الویت قرار گیرد. |

Background: One of the main causes of the occurrence and recurrence of disability in the family is the background and biological status of parents in pre and post pregnancy. The present study was conducted with the aim of analyzing the biological characteristics of relatives and non-native parents with more than one exceptional child in order to develop preventive, educational and supportive interventions. methods: The research was descriptive-analytic and post-event method. The statistical population consisted of parents with more than one relative and non-relative son of Mazandaran province in 1396, and a sample of 150 families with more than one extraordinary children were selected by simple random sampling and multi-stage sampling. The study tool was a questionnaire for assessing the biological, cognitive, psychological and social characteristics of Afrooz which was completed by interviewing parents. The obtained results were calculated using Chi-square test with coefficient of determination Results: The results of this study showed that there is a significant relationship between the biological characteristics of parental age, the number of children of the family, the order of birth of the parents in the family, the health status of the parents and the mother's condition during pregnancy. From: Endocrine and Domestic, diabetes, epilepsy, poisoning, history of wheezing, exposure to X-ray, severe abdominal pain, history of drug use and iron pills, mobility and rest, abortion and length of pregnancy in relatives and non-nursing parents. There is a significant relationship between the history of disability in the parents' family, the condition of the mother during pregnancy in terms of: specific disease, severe fever, history of blood transfusion, nutritional status in relatives and non-native parents.
