مقدمه:هدف پژوهش حاضر، بررسی عملکرد حافظه‌ی آینده‌نگر و حافظه‌ی گذشته‌نگر در بیماران مبتلا به اختلال اسکیزوفرنی،اختلال وسواسی_جبری و مقایسه‌ی آن با افراد بهنجار بود. روش: روش پژوهش حاضر از نوع علی_مقایسه‌ای بوده است.نمونه آماری شامل 30 نفر از بیماران مبتلا به اختلال اسکیزوفرنی ،30 نفر افراد مبتلا به اختلال وسواسی_جبری و 30 نفر از افراد بهنجار بود که با استفاده از پرسشنامه حافظه‌ی آینده‌نگر و حافظه‌ی گذشته‌نگر اسمیت و همکاران مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفتند . یافته‌ها:تحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از آزمون‌های آماری تحلیل واریانس چند متغیری و آزمون تعقیبی توکی نشان داد که حافظه‌ی گذشته‌نگر و حافظه‌ی آینده‌نگر بیماران مبتلا به اختلال اسکیزوفرنی و اختلال وسواسی_جبری ضعیف‌تر از افراد بهنجاراست. نتیجه‌گیری:نتایج حاصل نشان دهنده نارسایی شناختی عمده بیماران مبتلا به اختلال اسکیزوفرنی و اختلال وسواسی_جبری در زمینه حافظه‌ی آینده‌نگر و گذشته‌نگر بود. |

The Comparison of Prospective and Retrospective Memory in Patients with Schizophrenia, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD) and Normal Individuals |

Introduction: The purpose of this study is to comparison retrospective memory and prospective memory in patients with schizophrenia, OCD and normal individuals. Method: The present research was designed to investigate PM and RM in persons suffering from obsessive compulsive and schizophrenia disorders and comparing them with normal group. For this purpose 30 persons with schizophrenia, 30 persons with obsessive compulsive and 30 normal person selected. Results: Participants completed PM and RM questionnaire (Smith and colleagues)that normalized in Iranian population. Results of ANOVA and HSD indicate that group with schizophrenia disorder and obsessive compulsive disorder performed significantly poorer than normal group in PM and RM. Conclusion: Results shows that most patients with schizophrenia and OCD have problems in retrospective and prospective memory. |
