چکیده فارسی مقاله gte mso 9]> 800x600 ویژگی مشخص کننده جرم شناسی رشدمدار، تمرکز بر بزهکاری، در ارتباط با تغییراتی است که در طول زمان، در افراد و شرایط زندگی شان ایجاد می‏شود. دوران کودکی و نوجوانی، کانونی ترین موضوعات جرم شناسی رشد مدار بوده و بیشترین حجم پژوهش‏ ها در عمل، به آن ها اختصاص یافته­ اند. مهم ترین مسائل مورد توجه جرم شناسان رشدمدار عبارتند از استمرار و تغییر در رفتار، در طی روند زندگی که از جمله مصادیق آن ها می‏توان به شروع و خاتمه بزهکاری، حرفه مجرمانه و الگوهای بزهکاری در طول زمان اشاره نمود. این گرایش از جرم شناسی با بهره گیری از دستآوردهای مکاتب و نظریات مختلف، قادر به ارائه کاربردی ترین راهکارها برای مبارزه با بزهکاری و پیشگیری از آن در تمامی طول زندگی، از کودکی تا پایان بزرگسالی می‏باشد. رویکردهای اصلی در این زمینه عبارتند از ایجاد مبنایی قوی برای شناخت بزهکاران جوان، مداخلات زودرس قبل از قرار گرفتن در اولین فرصت‏های ارتکاب و چگونگی عملکرد نظام عدالت کیفری و ارائه کنندگان خدمات اجتماعی در این زمینه برای یاری رساندن به این گروه سنی، قبل از حاضر شدن در دادگاه. نوشتار حاضر، به بررسی اختصاری دستاوردهای متفاوت این گرایش از جرم شناسی و ابعاد گوناگون آن اختصاص دارد. gte mso 9]> Normal 0 false false false EN-US X-NONE AR-SA gte mso 9]> /* Style Definitions */ table.MsoNormalTable {mso-style-name:"Table Normal" mso-tstyle-rowband-size:0 mso-tstyle-colband-size:0 mso-style-noshow:yes mso-style-priority:99 mso-style-parent:"" mso-padding-alt:0cm 5.4pt 0cm 5.4pt mso-para-margin:0cm mso-para-margin-bottom:.0001pt mso-pagination:widow-orphan font-size:10.0pt font-family:"Calibri","sans-serif" mso-bidi-font-family:Arial}

چکیده انگلیسی مقاله gte mso 9]> 800x600 The defining feature of developmental criminology is the focus on offending in relation to changes over time in individuals and their life circumstances. Childhood and adolescence are the most central issues of developmental criminology and most researches are focused in practice on them. Developmental criminologists are concerned with questions of continuity and changes in behavior, including the onset of and desistence of offending or a criminal career, and patterns of offending over time. This orientation of criminology, using the achievements of different schools and theories, is able to offer the most practical solutions for preventing and combating crime through the full life course, from infancy to late adulthood. The main policies in this area include providing a strong basis for understanding young offenders, early interventions before the first opportunities to commit and how both the criminal justice system and social service providers should approach the task to assist this age group, sooner than appearing before the court.
