عنوان فارسی رابطه بین تغییر حسابرس مستقل و تغییر اظهارنظر حسابرسی
چکیده فارسی مقاله هدف این مقاله، مطالعه اثر تغییر حسابرس بر تغییر اظهار نظر حسابرسی در طی سال‌های 1381 الی 1389 است. نمونه آماری شامل 243 شرکت از شرکت‌های پذیرفته شده در بورس اوراق بهادار تهران است. روش پ‍ژوهش از نوع پژوهش همبستگی می‌باشد و آزمون فرضیه‌ها نیز بر اساس روش رگرسیون لجستیک انجام شده است. یافته‌های این پژوهش نشان می‌دهد تغییر حسابرس رابطه‌ای مستقیم با تغییر اظهار نظر حسابرسی دارد. علاوه بر این، اندازه شرکت نیز رابطه‌ای مستقیم با تغییر اظهار نظر حسابرسی دارد. زیان‌ده بودن شرکت، سن شرکت و مدت تصدی حسابرسی رابطه­ای منفی و معکوس با تغییر اظهار نظر حسابرسی دارد. تغییر حسابرس بیشترین رابطه را با تغییر اظهارنظر حسابرسی دارد. رابطه مستقیم میان تغییر حسابرس و تغییر اظهار نظر حسابرسی، پدیده گزینش اظهارنظر در بازار حسابرسی ایران را تایید می‌نماید.

چکیده انگلیسی مقاله The objective of this study is to investigate the effect of auditor change on audit opinion change, during a period of 9 years from 2002 to 2010. The study sample consists of 243 firms, listed in Tehran Stock Exchange. Research method is of regression type, and the hypotheses tests are carried out by the logistic regression method. The findings of this study confirm a direct relationship between auditor change and audit opinion change. Additionally, firm size has direct relationship with audit report change, and other variables such as loss, firm’s age and audit tenure have reverse relationship with audit report change. Auditor change has strong relationship with the opinion change. The positive relationship between auditor change and audit report change confirms the phenomenon of opinion shopping in the Iranian audit market.
