در دنیای تعلیم و تربیت، اصطلاح «پودمان» یک متدولوژی است که به تعیین ساختار برنامه درسی یا برنامه آموزشی یک دوره دراز مدت در قسمت‌های جداگانه مشخص، یعنی در پودمان‌های شایستگی کمک می‌کند. «پودمان» به عنوان یک واحد یاددهی مستقل بدون ارتباط با سایر واحدها نگریسته نمی‌شود، بلکه به عنوان مرحله و جزء لاینفکی از یک صلاحیت گسترده تر یا گروهی از شایستگی‌های (یک حرف بزرگ) نگریسته می‌شود، برنامه یک «حرفه بزرگ» می‌تواند به تعدادی از «پودمان‌ها» تقسیم شود. هر پودمان ممکن است به تعریف کم و بیش واضحی از شایستگی‌ها در یک زمینه شغلی خاص اشاره داشته باشد که می‌تواند بسته به هر یک از نیازها از سایر پودمان‌ها به طرق مختلف تفکیک شود تا به شایستگی دست یابد به عبارت دیگر یک پودمان برخی قابلیت‌ها و دانش، مهارت‌های عملی و تجربه عملی مورد نیاز را به دست می‌دهد که می‌تواند به سنجش و اخذ گواهینامه منجر شود. در هر حال اصطلاح «ایجاد پودمان» تداعی کننده فرصت اصلاح نظام آموزش فنی حرفه‌ای برای افراد با نیازهای ویژه است که برنامه درسی آموزش‌های حرفه‌ای را با توجه به تقاضاهای بسیار متحول آموزش بینندگان، موسسات آموزشی و بازار کار بازسازی می‌کند. اصلاح طلبان آموزش فنی و حرفه‌ای ممکن است در ایران در رابطه با رویکرد پودمانی تنگناهایی پیش روی داشته باشند. تهیه برنامه آموزشی پودمانی مستلزم انطباق آن با نیاز گروه‌های هدف کارآموز و جامعه بومی و ملی است. تنگناهایی که اصلاح طلبان آموزش فنی و حرفه‌ای ممکن است در ایران در رابطه با رویکرد پودمانی پیش روی داشته باشند، مسائلی از این قبیل هستند: صلاحیت مورد نیاز تدوین کنندگان برنامه‌های درسی / انطباق موسسات آموزشی / انطباق فراگیران / انطباق مدرسان و مربیان / تهیه آزمون‌های عملکرد / ارتقای موسسات آموزشی که در سطور زیر به آن پرداخته شده است. |

In the world of education, the term "Unit" is a methodology that helps the structure of curriculum or the educational program in a long term course and separate specific parts meaning "Competency Unit". "unit" is not looked at as an independent teaching unit without any connection to other units. It is, actually, perceived as a process inseparable of a more widespread competency or a group of merits (a big profession). The "Big Profession" can be divided into a group of units. Each unit more or less could be defined as the merits in a specific or special occupational field that can attain practical skills and experience depending on a be separated from other units in different ways to attain the merit depending on any of the needs. In other words, a unit will give some of the needed capabilities and Knowledge, practical skills and practical experiences that can lead to the assessment and achievement of a certificate. Anyway, the term "Creating unit" which gives the opportunity of improving the technical/professional education for those individuals having special needs and the professional training curriculum, needs and the professional training curriculum, is taken into consideration based on the needs that academic institutes and the job market re-creates. Reformers of technical/professional education in Iran might face some difficulties in regards to unit approach. Providing unit education requires adjusting it with the Needs of the group whose aim is to learn. The difficulties that reformers of technical/Professional education in Iran in connection with unit approach might be facing are: requied competency for those who plan the curriculum, coordination with the academic institutes, Co-ordination with students, Co-ordination between instructors and trainers, preparation of performance tests, the elevation of those Academic institutes which have conducted under those principles. |
