عنوان فارسی مکان‌یابی بهینه پارکینگ‌های طبقاتی
چکیده فارسی مقاله امروزه با توجه به این واقعیت که، سرعت رشد مالکیت خودرو بیشتر از نرخ تخصیص فضا به معابر و پارکینگ‌ها است؛ لذا همواره تقاضا برای پارکینگ از روندی صعودی برخوردار است. هدف اصلی این پژوهش، بررسی و تعیین مکان‌های مناسب جهت احداث پارکینگ‌های طبقاتی در محدوده منطقه 8 شهر کرج است؛ در این راستا، پس از مطالعه و بررسی تحقیقات انجام‌شده در زمینه مکان‌یابی و هم‌چنین تعیین محدوده پژوهش، معیارهای مورد استفاده براساس معیارهای به‌کاررفته در تحقیقات و پژوهش‌های پیشین و نیز مصاحبه با کارشناسان و متخصصان حوزه حمل‌ونقل و ترافیک تعیین شده و به‌وسیله پرسش‌نامه‌ای که به‌منظور مقایسه زوجی معیارها و براساس روش تحلیل سلسله مراتبی طراحی شده است، از کارشناسان حمل‌و نقل و ترافیک نظرسنجی به‌عمل آمد؛ با استفاده از نرم‌افزار Expert choice وزن معیارها محاسبه شده است و توسط نرم‌افزار Arc GIS مکان‌های اولیه مشخص شده و پس از انجام مقایسه زوجی این مکان‌ها، با استفاده از نرم‌افزار (EC)، نتایج، تجزیه و تحلیل شده و پس از محاسبه و اعمال وزن نرمال مکان‌های پیشنهادی در لایه‌های معیارها و تجمیع این لایه‌ها با یکدیگر، نقشه مکان‌های نهایی به‌دست آمد. نتایج این پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که مهم‌ترین معیارها در مکان‌یابی پارکینگ‌های طبقاتی به‌ترتیب عبارت‌انداز: نزدیکی به مراکز جاذب سفر، دسترسی به خیابان‌های اصلی، دسترسی به حمل‌ونقل عمومی، قرارگیری در خیابان‌های دارای حجم ترافیک سنگین، قرارگیری در کاربری مناسب، فاصله از میادین اصلی و تقاطع‌های اصلی، هزینه تملک زمین.

چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Nowadays, due to the fact that the speed of car ownership growth is higher than the allocation of space to passageways and parking lots, there is always a growing demand for parking. In this research, the main objective of the study is to determine the appropriate locations for constructing floor parking spaces in the 8th district of Karaj. In this regard, after studying the research done in the field of location and determining the scope of the research, the criteria used were determined on the basis of the criteria used in previous research, as well as interviews with experts and elites in the field of transportation and traffic, and by a questionnaire designed to compare paired criteria and based on the hierarchical analysis method, Traffic experts were surveys and by using Expert choice software Criteria, the weight of criteria was estimated. Moreover, by way of Arc GIS software, the initial locations were identified and after performing a paired comparison of these locations, the results were analyzed using the software (EC). Also, after calculating and applying the normal weight of proposed locations in the layers of criteria and aggregation of these layers together, the map of final locations was obtained. The results of this research show that the most important criteria for locating floor parking are as follows: proximity to travel attraction centers, access to main streets, access to public transport, being located in traffic and in heavy traffic streets, location in an appropriate land use, distance from main areas and main intersections, and land ownership fee. The proposed places are as follows: The north side of the Taleghani road, Shahriar Park, Nobovat park, next to Tennis Park, Taleghani Square, Jahanshahr, Madani Square, opposite the Pasargad Shopping Center and opposite the Governor's Office.
