عنوان فارسی تأثیر مداخله آموزشی بر اساس مدل اعتقاد بهداشتی جهت ارتقاء رفتارهای پیش‌گیری‌کننده از ایدز در آرایشگران مرد سیرجان
چکیده فارسی مقاله چکیده زمینه و هدف: شیوع بیماری ایدز در جهان در حال گسترش بوده و به یک مشکل اضطراری تبدیل ‌شده است. بعضی از گروه‌ها از جمله آرایشگران نقش مؤثری در انتقال بیماری ایدز دارند. این مطالعه با هدف بررسی کارایی مداخله آموزشی بر اساس مدل اعتقاد بهداشتی در خصوص رفتارهای پیش‌گیری‌‌کننده از ایدز در آرایشگران مرد شهرستان سیرجان در سال 1394 انجام شد. مواد و روش‌ها: این پژوهش یک کارآزمایی آموزشی بود. جمعیت مورد مطالعه، تعداد 200 نفر از آرایشگران مرد تحت پوشش مراکز بهداشتی درمانی شهرستان سیرجان بودند که به‌طور تصادفی به دو گروه مداخله (100 نفر) و کنترل (100 نفر) تقسیم شدند. مداخله آموزشی طی دو جلسه 60 دقیقه‌ای انجام شد. اطلاعات از طریق تکمیل پرسش‌نامه محقق ساخته روا و پایا شده (حاوی 49 سؤال) طی مصاحبه مستقیم قبل از مداخله آموزشی و سه ماه بعد از آن، جمع‌آوری گردید. داده‌ها با استفاده از آزمون‌های مجذور کای، دقیق فیشر، t مستقل و t زوجی مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. یافته‌ها: پس از مداخله، نمره‌های آگاهی در هر دو گروه مداخله و شاهد افزایش یافت. این یافته به علت اجرای برنامه‌های آموزشی روتین در آن مراکز بود. همچنین پس از مداخله، نمرات حساسیت درک‌شده، شدت درک‌شده، منافع و موانع درک‌شده، راهنما برای عمل و خودکارآمدی نیز در گروه مداخله به طور معنی داری افزایش داشت (001/0>p) ولی در گروه شاهد، افزایشی نداشت و اختلاف معنی‌داری مشاهده نگردید (05/0

عنوان انگلیسی The Effects of an Educational Intervention Based on the Health Belief Model to Enhance HIV-Preventive Behaviors among Male Barbers in Sirjan
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Background and Objectives: The AIDS (Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome) epidemic is considerably widespread across the world, turning out to be an exigent problem. Some groups such as barbers have a more effective role in HIV/AIDS transmission. The aim of this study was to assess the effects of an educational intervention based on the Health Belief Model (HBM) to enhance HIV-preventive behaviors among male barbers in Sirjan. Materials and Methods: This was an educational trial study. Two hundred male barbers attending health centers in Sirjan city, were selected to participate in this study (100 in intervention group and 100 in control group). The intervention was conducted over two sessions in 60 minutes. Data were collected by conducting a validated and reliable questionnaire made by researcher (including 49 questions) before intervention and three months after intervention. Data was analyzed by chi-square, Fisher's exact, paired t-test and independent t-test. Results: After intervention, knowledge scores increased significantly in both intervention and control group, which was probably due to the routine education program in that center. Perceived susceptibility, severity, benefits, and barriers, cues to action, and self-efficacy changed significantly in the intervention group compared to the control group (p< 0.001). But, there was no increase or significant difference in the control group (p>0.05). Conclusion: HBM was effective in educating the male barbers. Therefore, it is proposed traditional training methods along with the HBM in training barbers.
