عنوان فارسی تدوین منشور تکریم دانشجو(مطالعۀ موردی: دانشگاه تهران
چکیده فارسی مقاله هدف: هدف پژوهش حاضر، تدوین و شناسایی ابعاد و مؤلفه‏های منشور تکریم وکرامت دانشجویی بود. روش: پژوهش حاضر به لحاظ ماهیت، از نوع تحقیقات کیفی و به لحاظ روش‏شناسی، از نوع مطالعات موردی است و برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده‏ها از روش تحلیل مضمون استفاده شده است. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات، مصاحبه بود و حاصل 19 مصاحبۀ انجام‏شده(10 نفر دانشجو و 9 نفر کارمند)، دستیابی به سه مضمون اصلی و 12 مضمون فرعی بود. یافته‏ها: مضامین اصلی پژوهش عبارتند از: حقوق آموزشی و پژوهشی دانشجو(با مضامین فرعیِ به روز بودن فرایند سیستم آموزشی؛ به موقع انجام دادن کار دانشجو؛ اطلاع‏رسانی شفاف، کامل، به روز و به موقع؛ احساس مسئولیت نسبت به دانشجو و پاسخگویی کارکنان)، حقوق فرهنگی، اجتماعی و سیاسی دانشجو(با مضامین فرعیِ حفظ حرمت دانشجو؛ حفظ استقلال دانشجو؛ برخورد خوب با دانشجو؛ کمک و حمایت دانشجو و آزادی بیان توسط دانشجو) و حقوق صنفی و رفاهی دانشجو(با مضامین فرعیِ برخورداری از امکانات ورزشی و خوابگاهی مناسب وکیفیت خدمات آموزشی و پژوهشی ارائه‏شده). نتیجه‏گیری: تأمین و توجه به حقوق دانشجویان در تمامی ابعاد آن، از مهم‏ترین و برجسته‏ترین موضوعات در نظام آموزش عالی است که می‏تواند نقش مؤثری در جلب رضایتمندی و حفظ کرامت دانشجویی داشته باشد.

چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Objectives:The purpose of this study is to identify the dimensions and components of student curriculum venerability and benevolence. Method: The present study is a case study based on the nature, type of qualitative and methodological research, and the method of analysis is used to analyze the data. The data gathering tool, the interview and the result of 19 interviewers (10 students and 9 employees), achieved three main themes and 12 sub themes. Results: The main themes of the research are: academic rights and student research (with the following topics: the process of teaching the system is up to date; timely student work; transparent, complete, up-to-date and timely information; student's sense of responsibility and accountability Staff), students 'cultural, social and political rights (with the following subjects in preserving student knowledge; maintaining students' independence; dealing with students; supporting and supporting students and student freedom of expression); civil rights and student welfare (with sub-themes of facilities); sports and accommodation, and the quality of educational and research services provided). Conclusion: Providing and paying attention to students' rights in all its dimensions is one of the most important issues in the higher education system that can play an effective role in achieving satisfaction and maintaining student dignity.
