عنوان فارسی پدیدۀ ارث فرساینده یا مقوم سرمایۀ اجتماعی خانواده
چکیده فارسی مقاله امروزه در جامعۀ ما به‌دلیل تغییرات گستردۀ اجتماعی، مقولۀ ارث مسائل متعددی به‌همراه دارد که یکی از آن‌ها اختلافات ارثی است. استمرار این‌گونه از اختلافات سبب می‌شود تعاملات اجتماعی آشتی‌ناپذیر در بین وراث برقرار شود و خسارت‌های جبران‌ناپذیری به سرمایۀ اجتماعی نظام خانواده و خویشاوندی وارد سازد. این مقاله با اتخاذ رهیافت‌های کیفی و با استفاده از دیدگاه‌های مشارکت‌کنندگان پژوهش - که همگی ساکن شهر رشت‌اند – به این پرسش اساسی پاسخ می‌دهد که آشتی‌ناپذیری بین وراث، چه آثار و پیامدهایی دارد. نتایج نشان می‌دهد روند آشتی‌ناپذیری بین وراث پیامدهای مخربی دارد؛ به‌طوری‌که با ازبین‌بردن همدلی و محبت در نظام خانواده و خویشاوندی، سبب فرسودگی سرمایۀ اجتماعی نهاد خانواده می‌شود؛ نهادی که سهم تعیین‌کننده‌ای به‌عنوان منبع تولید و تقویت سرمایۀ اجتماعی هر جامعه دارد؛ به‌طوری‌که درصورت فرسایش سرمایۀ نهاد خانواده باید انتظار فرسایش و اختلال در سرمایۀ اجتماعی در سطح جامعه را نیز داشت.

چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Today, in our society, due to widespread social changes, inheritance can have many issues. One of the issues that we face in our society with regard to the phenomenon of inheritance is the formation of inheritance disputes. Such disagreements, in the event of continuity in the family and kinship system, create an irreconcilable social interaction among the heirs, and ultimately make irreparable damage to the social capital of the family and kinship system. By adopting qualitative approaches and using the views of the research collaborators who were all in Rasht, this article seeks to answer the fundamental question of what effects and consequences are implausible between heritage? The results of this research show that the process of inertia between the heirs is unprovoked and has devastating consequences, which by eliminating empathy and affection within the system of family and kinship, which is, in the first instance, erosion of the social capital of the family institution. An institution that has a decisive role as the source of production and the strengthening of the social capital of every society. In the event of the erosion of capital, the institution of the family should expect the erosion and disruption of social capital at the community level.
