عنوان فارسی پیامدهای روان‌شناختی سرطان پستان در ایران: مرور نظام‌مند متون پژوهشی
چکیده فارسی مقاله زمینه و هدف: تشخیص سرطان پستان و درمان‌های مرتبط با آن تجربه عاطفی آسیب‌زایی برای زنان محسوب شود. پژوهش حاضر باهدف شناسایی پیامدهای روان‌شناختی سرطان پستان در مطالعات گذشته مبتنی بر مرور نظام‌مند انجام شد. مواد و روش‌ها: پژوهش حاضر یک مرور توصیفی و با توجه به روش اجرا جزء مطالعات مرور نظام‌مند است. جستجوی سابقه پژوهشی با استفاده از پایگاه‌های داده‌های الکترونیکی زیر شامل پایگاه اطلاعات علمی (sid) ،magiran، medlib، sciencedirect، pubmed، google scholar، web of science، scopus، cinahl و medline از سال‌های 1370 تا 1396 (1991 تا 2017) در رابطه با پیامدهای روان‌شناختی مرتبط با سرطان پستان در ایران با استفاده از کلیدواژه‌های سرطان، اختلال خلقی، اختلال اضطرابی، اختلال روانی، کیفیت زندگی، بدعملکردی جنسی، اختلال خواب، سلامت روان، بی‌خوابی، نگرانی، تصویر بدنی، اختلال روان‌پزشکی، نشانگان رفتاری، درماندگی روان‌شناختی، رفتار مقابله‌ای، اختلال استرس پس از سانحه و سرطان پستان انجام شد. محتوای مقالات، بعد از استخراج، با چک‌لیست پریزما (prisma) مورد ارزیابی کیفی قرارگرفته و جهت بررسی داده‌ها از روش تحلیل محتوا استفاده شد. نتایج: پس از جستجو و ارزیابی مطالعات، تحلیل نهایی بر روی 73 مقاله انجام گرفت. یافته‌های این پژوهش نشان داد که پیامدهای روان‌شناختی سرطان پستان در 8 طبقه کیفیت زندگی، اضطراب، استرس و تنیدگی، افسردگی، عملکرد جنسی، تصویر بدنی، راهبردهای مقابله‌ای، خستگی و کیفیت خواب جای می‌گیرند. نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به نتایج به‌دست‌آمده، با ترسیم حیطه‌های مشخص‌شده در حوزه پیامدهای روان‌شناختی سرطان پستان می‌توان از آن به‌عنوان یک نقشه مفهومی برای انجام مطالعات منسجم‌تر و طراحی برنامه‌های مداخله‌ای گسترده استفاده نمود.

عنوان انگلیسی Psychological Consequences of Breast Cancer in Iran: A Systematic review
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Background & Objective: Diagnosis of breast cancer and related therapies are emotional experiences for women. The present study aimed to identify the psychological consequences of breast cancer in previous studies based on systematic review. Materials & Methods: The present study is a descriptive survey and, according to the method of implementation, is a systematic review study. A literature search was conducted by using following electronic databases including scientific information databases (SID), Magiran, Medlib, Sciencedirect, PubMed, Google Scholar, Web Of Science, Scopus, cinahl and medline from 1991 through 2017 regarding the psychological consequences associated with breast cancer in iran Using keywords cancer, mood disorder, anxiety disorder, mental disorder, life quality, sexual dysfunction, sleep disorder, mental hygiene, insomnia, anxiety, body image, mental disorder, behavioral symptom, psychological distress, coping behaviors, traumatic stress disorder and breast cancer. The content of all articles, after extraction from the bases, was evaluated by the prisma checklist and the Content analysis was used to examine data Results: After the search and evaluation of the studies, the final analysis was carried out on 73 articles. The findings of this study showed that the psychological consequences of breast cancer in 8 categories are quality of life, anxiety, stress and stress, depression, sexual function, body image, coping strategies, fatigue and quality of sleep. Conclusions: Based on the results, drawing on the areas identified in the field of psychological outcomes of breast cancer can be used as a conceptual map for more coherent studies and the design of extensive interventions.
