بررسی شیوع اختلالات اسکلتی-عضلانی ناشی از کار و عوامل مرتبط با آن در کارکنان اداری آموزش و پرورش شهر اراک در سال ۹۶-۱۳۹۵: یک مطالعه توصیفی |

چکیده زمینه و هدف: اختلالات اسکلتیـعضلانی یکی از شایعترین و عمدهترین بیماریهای مربوط به کار است. شیوع این اختلالات نه تنها در مشاغل سخت و زیانآور بلکه در کارکنان اداری نیز بالا می‌باشد، لذا مطالعه حاضر با هدف تعیین شیوع اختلالات اسکلتی-عضلانی و عوامل مرتبط با آن در میان کارکنان اداری آموزش و پرورش شهر اراک در سال 96-1395 انجام شد. مواد و روشها: مطالعه توصیفی حاضر به صورت سرشماری بر روی 412 نفر از کارمندان اداری آموزش و پرورش شهر اراک در سال 96-1395 انجام شد. جهت جمعآوری دادهها از پرسشنامهای سه بخشی استفاده شد که شامل بخش اول اطلاعات دموگرافیک، بخش دوم پرسشنامه Nordic و بخش سوم ابزار ارزیابی ناراحتی بدن(Body Map) بود. در نهایت دادهها با استفاده از آزمون مجذور کای تجزیه و تحلیل شدند. یافتهها: با توجه به نتایج، 6/56 درصد (197 نفر) از جمعیت مورد مطالعه در طی 12 ماه گذشته حداقل در یکی از مناطق 9گانه بدن درد و ناراحتی داشتهاند. بیش‌ترین میزان شیوع اختلالات اسکلتی-عضلانی در طی 12 ماه گذشته به ترتیب در نواحی کمر (5/36 درصد)، گردن (4/26 درصد)، زانو (6/25 درصد) و کم‌ترین میزان مربوط به آرنج (4/9 درصد) بود. هم‌چنین آنالیز دادهها نشان داد که شیوع علائم اختلالات اسکلتی-عضلانی وابسته به جنس است، به طوریکه در زنان شایع‌تر است (024/0P =). نتیجهگیری: اختلالات اسکلتی-عضلانی در کارکنان اداری به‌ویژه در زنان از شیوع بالایی برخوردار می‌باشد و این افراد در معرض ریسک ابتلاء به اختلالات می‌باشند، لذا پیشنهاد میشود آموزش و مداخلات لازم در این زمینه صورت گیرد. واژههای کلیدی: اختلالات اسکلتی-عضلانی، کارکنان اداری، پرسشنامهNordic ، اراک |

Studying Musculoskeletal Disorders Prevalence and Its Associated Factors Among Education Office Employees in Arak in 2016-17: A Descriptive Study |

Background and Objectives: Musculoskeletal disorders are one of the most common work-related disorders, which have high prevalence not only among hard and hurtful jobs, but also in office jobs. The aim of the present study was to determine the prevalence of musculoskeletal disorders its associated factors among Education Office employees in Arak in 2016-17. Materials and Methods: This descriptive study was done by census method on 412 employees of Education Office in 2016-17. Data was collected using a questionnaire including three sections, the first section included demographic characteristics, the second section Nordic Musculoskeletal Disorders Questionnaire (NMQ) and the third section Body Map Questionnaire. Data were analyzed using chi-square test. Results: Considering the results, 56.6% (197 ) of participants had felt pain and inconvenience in at least one of the 9 areas of the body during the past 12 months. The highest prevalence of pain was found in the areas of lower back (36.5%), neck (26.4%) and knee (25.6%) and the lowest prevalence of pain was in the area of elbow (9.4%). Data analysis also showed that prevalence of musculoskeletal disorders is sex-dependent, so that it is more common in women (p=0.024) Conclusion: Musculoskeletal disorders are highly prevalent in administrative staff especially in women, and these individuals are at the risk of suffering from these disorders. Therefore, it is suggested to provide necessary education and intervention in this regard.
