عنوان فارسی نگاه منظرین به حمام‌های عمومی، بررسی عناصر و کارکردهای آن
چکیده فارسی مقاله حمام عمومی از جمله فضاهای مهم در ساختار شهر محسوب می‌شد. این فضا در دهه‌های اخیر نقشی مهم در فضای فرهنگی اجتماعی ایران ایفا کرده است. مکانی با خصوصیات معماری منحصر به ‌فرد که کارکردهای متفاوتی را در زندگی ایرانیان داشته است. به‌گونه‌ای که در بررسی آن نمی‌توان صرفاً به فضای کالبدی فارغ از معنا و مفهوم آن فضاها نگاه کرد و این درواقع ضرورت نگاه منظرین به حمام عمومی را آشکار می‌سازد. حمام به ‌عنوان یکی از عناصر شهر، علاوه بر کارکردهای طبیعی خود در بهداشت و نظافت، کارکردهای متفاوتی در ساختار جامعه و نقش مهمی در ارتباطات اجتماعی داشته است. در این مقاله که با روش توصیفی-تحلیلی ارائه‌شده و ابزار جمع‌آوری اطلاعات آن، کتابخانه‌ای بوده است، به اجزاء مختلف حمام و کارکردهای اجتماعی آن پرداخته ‌شده است. سعی بر آن است که با نگاهی منظرین، برخی دیگر از دلایل رونق حمام‌ در ایران مورد بررسی قرار گیرد.

چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Over the last decades, public bathhouses as the essential spaces in the city have played an important role in the cultural and social context of Iran. Unique architectural features of this public space make it distinguishable from other building in terms of functions The public bathhouses have long been integrated into Iranian daily life. Thus, it cannot be viewed solely by its physical space, regardless of the meaning and significance of those spaces. Actually, it underlines the necessity of examining public bathhouses from a landscape perspective. Bath as an element of the city, not including its natural functions in sanitation, serve different functions in the structure of society and plays a crucial role in social communication. In this paper, data were collected and analyzed qualitatively .It has been devoted to the specific components of the public bathhouses and its social functions. Further, it is attempted to look at some of the other reasons for the boom in Iran.
