عنوان فارسی ارائه چارچوبی برای برنامه ریزی مدارس سبز کشور
چکیده فارسی مقاله تغییرات اقلیمی یکی از بزرگترین چالش های اقتصادی و اجتماعی عصر حاضر است. شیوه رفتار ما، تاثیر ژرفی بر آن خواهد داشت. یکی از اقدامات راهبردی در این رابطه، ارتقاء سطح آگاهی مردم است. اصلی‌ترین طریق آن، آموزش و پرورش می باشد. برای این کار، باید به بازسازی مجدد زیر ساخت مدارس برای آموزش به کودکان درباره محیط زیست، پایداری آن و تغییرات آب و هوایی پرداخت. راهبرد اصلی برای این هدف، مدرسه سبز هست و هدف آن، بازسازی مجدد زیر ساخت مدارس از طریق آموزش به کودکان درباره محیط زیست، پایداری آن و تغییرات آب و هوایی است. پژوهش با هدف ارائه مدلی برای برنامه‌ریزی مدارس سبز کشور، ضمن بررسی یافته‌های معتبرترین نهادهای بین المللی در این مورد، ابتدا به تعریف مدرسه سبز و نحوه عملکرد آن، ضمن بیان اقدامات محیط زیستی که مدارس باید در نظر داشته، به تشریح رویه‌ها و مراحل برنامه‌ریزی از مدارس سبز پرداخته است. روش پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف، بنیادی و از نظر شیوه گرداوری داده ها، توصیفی‌-تحلیلی می باشد.

Iran 3 Graduate Student in Educational Planning, Shahed University, Tehran, Iran   (Received: 15/Sep/2016 ; Accepted: 17/July/2017)       Abstract Climate change is one of the biggest social and economic challenges of our era and our behavior will have a profound effect on it. One of the strategic measures in this regard is to promote people's awareness level through education and establishment of green schools. The purpose of green schools is to rebuild the schools teaching methods by focusing on the environment, its sustainability and climate change. The present study aims to provide a model for green schools in Iran. In addition,the paper reviews findings of the most prestigious international institutions in this field, defines  green school and its performance and then examins administrative procedures to receive green school certification. Also, by describing the limitations of green schools planning in the country, the paper offers strategies for increasing the effectiveness of these schools.
