عنوان فارسی بررسی آگاهی، نگرش و عملکرد پزشکان متخصص غیر روانپزشک نسبت به درمان‌های دارویی روانپزشکی، شهر زاهدان، سال ۱۳۹۶
چکیده فارسی مقاله مقدمه انگ زدن به بیماران روانی یکی از مشلات بزرگ آن‎ها می‎باشد که تشخیص و درمان به‌موقع این بیماران را دچار چالش و محدودیت می‌کند. بنابراین بررسی نگرش و آگاهی و عملکرد پزشکان متخصص غیر روانپزشک در زمینه درمان‌های روانپزشکی، به‌عنوان اولین سطح مراجعه بیماران از اهمیت به سزایی برخوردار می‌باشد. روش کار  مطالعه حاضر از نوع توصیفی مقطعی می3باشد. حجم نمونه به‌صورت سرشماری و شامل تمامی متخصصین غیر روانپزشک کلینیکال شهر زاهدان در سال 1396 بود. روش گردآوری داده‌ها با استفاده از پرسشنامه محقق ساخته ارزیابی آگاهی، نگرش و رفتار بود. برای تجزیه ‌و تحلیل آماری اطلاعات گردآوری‌شده از آزمون‎های کای دو ( K2) و  T استفاده شد. نتایج  تعداد 100 نفراز متخصصین بالینی غیر روانپزشک در دو گروه داخلی و جراحی در این پژوهش مشارکت داشتند. میانگین نمره‌ی سطح آگاهی نسبت به درمان‌های دارویی روانپزشکی 42 بوده است (در محدوده‌ی خوب)، میانگین نمره‌ی سطح نگرش 27 بوده است (در محدوده‌ی نگرش مثبت)، میانگین نمره‌ی نوع عملکرد 24 بوده است (در محدوده‌ی عملکرد خوب). تفاوتی ازنظر نوع تخصص، سن و جنس آزمودنی‌ها و مدت‌زمان فعالیت بالینی در نتایج به دست نیامد. فقط ازنظر عضویت یا عدم عضویت هیئت‌علمی دانشگاه تفاوت معنی‌داری نشان داد (P< 0/05) که در گروه اعضای هیئت‌علمی از نمرات بالاتری در زمینه آگاهی، نگرش و رفتار نسبت به درمان‌های روانپزشکی حاصل شد. نتیجه‌گیری  پزشکان متخصص غیر روانپزشک درمجموع از سطح آگاهی، نگرش و عملکرد خوبی نسبت به درمان‌های دارویی روانپزشکی برخوردارند و سطح آگاهی اعضای هیئت‌علمی بالاتر از سایر شرکت‌کنندگان بوده است. لزوم گسترش برنامه‌های بازآموزی بیشتر احساس می‌شود.

چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Abstract Intruduction: One of the main problems for psychiatric patients is their stigmatization, Which challenges and limits the timely diagnosis and treatment of mental patients. Therefore, the attitude, knowledge and practice of non-psychiatric practitioners in the field of psychiatric treatment is very important as the first level of referral to patients. Materials and Methods: This study was a cross-sectional and descriptive study. The sample size was counted and consisted of all non-psychiatric clinicians of Zahedan in 1396. The data collection method was a researcher-made questionnaire assessing knowledge, attitude and behavior. Statistical analysis of the collected data was done using random variables (K2) and T tests. Results:A total of 100 non-psychiatric clinicians participated in two groups of internal and surgical wards. The mean score of knowledge level was 42 (in the good range), the mean score of the attitude level was 27 (in the positive attitude range), and the mean score of the type of performance was 24 (within the good performance range). There was no difference in the type of specialty, age, gender, and duration of clinical activity in the results. Only in terms of membership or non-membership of university faculty showed a significant difference (P< 0/05), in faculty members, higher scores were obtained in terms of awareness, attitude and behavior toward psychiatric treatments. Conclusion: Non-psychiatric practitioners hade a high level of knowledge, attitude and good practice in psychiatric therapies. The level of knowledge of faculty members was higher than other participants. The necessity of expanding psychiatric treatment programs was felt.
